A couple of weeks had passed since Chicago had been reorganized and Voodoo and Eredin had expanded the greater family into New York. A lot of work had been done since the move. Many preparations had been made and it was finally time to fully expand throughout the city. Voodoo decided that his right and left hands would be the best for the jobs he needed to fill.

Raccoon picked up right where his father and grandfather left off during the infancy of this family we call The Prodigies. Our first days were marked by war and Raccoon was instrumental in our efforts. Since then he has been no less impressive. He's always able to guide people in the right direction and it's time for him to use his talents on a greater scale. Raccoon will be setting up a family in Manhattan and will be the acting Godfather there. After consulting with Duplicity, Eredin, and Raccoon it has been decided that SammyGato will also be moving to Manhattan and will continue to operate his family under Raccoon's tutelage.

My Right Hand Lady, Morte_Rossa, has been outstanding in carrying out the day to day operations of the family as well. She's eager to help people and has been a great asset to the family and I'm happy to give her the chance to lead a family of her own here in Brooklyn.

Voodoo shook hands with Morte_Rossa and Raccoon, giving them the keys to their new headquarters and congratulating them on their new positions. He then stepped over to SammyGato and welcomed The Gato Regime to the family.

Morte gladly accepted the handshake from Voodoo after listening to him talk about her and Raccoon's accomplishments, and that SammyGato would also be relocating to New York.

She smiled as he handed her the keys to her new Headquarters and said, "Thank you so much for the honor of working under you. I'm so happy to be given this chance and I hope to make you proud! My crew will be called The Paragons and I hope we last a long time after this!"

The little Raccoon nodded as well as his little head could. He couldn't have been happier with this. He was very happy with all things being done.

He was looking forward to working with the rest of the city. He looked at the others alongside Brooklynn and Enjolras.

"I would like to thank Voodoo, Eredin, Duplicity and everyone else involved. It has been quite a little while since my line has gotten a chance at something of this size. I hope to do well" Then he realized.. He is a raccoon and no one understood him.

He scurries away like the little thing he is. He finds his way to.. The Zoo.

Deadshot had just landed in New York and he just come from the airport he could see a group of people smartly dressed in the streets with a crowd gather to see what was happening, so Deadshot made his way over and stood in the crowd. While standing and watching he seen Voodoo giving Morte_Rossa and Raccoon a set of keys and shaking there hand, after they had finished Deadshot cleared his chest and began to speak...

"congratulations the city of New York this is a big moment for you guys and its great to see your city expanding and I want to wish you all the best for the future. Also I would personally like to congratulation Raccoon and Morte_Rossa on there new Headquarters and I look forward to see'ing there new families grow. Last of all I would like to congratulate SammyGato I know you will do a great job in New York as you did in Philly, you will be a great asset to New York."

Deadshot nods to all the new leaders and takes a step back into the crowd.

Congratulations to all the Auths. I would like to extend particular congrats to Raccoon, your bloodline helped me lots since we decided upon this life of crime again and for that I am grateful and delighted to see you be given this opportunity. 

Congratulations to you both!

Memento then slowly places a plate filled with cookies in front of Raccoon and walks away to find CatBug and put a paper bag over his head.

Ezio smiled as Voodoo made his announcement. It was great news to see the New York operations expand into Manhattan.

"Congratulations Raccoon on this great opportunity. I'm happy to see you get this chance to shine as I'm confident that you will!"

Ezio turns to SammyGato and shakes his hand. 

"And congratulations to you as well, dear friend. You've done good for yourself in building your family in the short time in Philadelphia. Together with the other crime organisations in New York, you will be able to do great things for the city and this nation. I'm looking forward to see you grow in this new city. I'll be looking forward to come visit you over there for some catching up once in a while."

Ezio walks over to Morte_Rossa to congratulate her and then he makes place for the many others hoping to congratulate the newly appointed crime bosses.

Victoria hears all the good news about the expansion of New York and is looking forward to its future.

I would like to say congratulation to our newest Crew leaders Morte_Rossa and Raccoon.  You are both leaders who know the way, go the way, and show the way.

Also congratulations to Brooklynn,  Enjolras , T-Man,-Prae and Mr_Crowley.  Nothing good comes without hard work.

Diff had finished a few tasks for her very busy day and had a bit of free time so she made her way over to the streets to congratulate a few people who got a very big promotion by way of receiving their very own Headquarters in New York.

First off i would like to Congratulate Rossa, It has been awesome to see watch you grow and i know that you have indeed worked your butt off for this opportunity, I am sure you will achieve great things working alongside Voodoo in Brooklyn.

Secondly i would like to Congratulate the very cute Mr Raccoon on not only gaining your very own Headquarters but in also becoming the Head of Manhattan, I cannot wait to see you make Manhattan great.

And Last but definitely not least, I would like to Welcome SammyGato and The La Familia Gato to New York to work alongside Raccoon, I am sure you will be awesome in helping him make Manhattan great and i am sure it will be awesome working alongside you all as part of New York.

After shaking hands and giving a friendly hug to everyone, she made her back on to the next task that was scheduled in her agenda.

Walks around the street as he saw a huge crowd having a massive meeting,

Walks nearly to the crow to see what is happening.

Zeppy saw a familiar face on the stage, Ohh damn, This must be something

or a new step for NY. As Voodoo ended his speech. 

" Congrats to all the New leaders in Ny, Wish you a great journey, 

And goodluck to all! " Cheers!

Wankish Knightsbane dusts off his symbolic top-hat and proceeds forward his cane grasped firmly in his left hand

Good day everyone let me start by saying how special this occasion is and how honored i am to be joining forces with New York.

I look forward to the prospect of a long and profitable relationship with our families becoming one and i hope to one day look back on this morning with great pleasure knowing how beneficial this decision was for all parties and how much we would of hopefully achieved.

Now as much as i'd love to stand by for idle chatter i feel a celebration is required and as such i will now be departing to familiarize myself with my new brethren and get a taste of that famous New York apple pie.

With a swing of his cane and a tip of the hat Wankish vanishes merrily down the street to the nearest ale house

Listening to Voodoo's announcement, Enjolras smiles and voices his own opinion of the recent expansions:

I can't say I know of anyone better suited to take on Manhattan, nor anyone who would be more invaluable in assisting you with the continued growth of Brooklyn. Congratulations to Morte, Raccoon, Sammy and all of the smaller cogs working to develop old New York, I look forward to working with you all.

I'd also like to voice my personal thanks to Voodoo, as well as Eredin and Duplicity. I have no doubt this development is another step forward in making our world a more prosperous place.

Eve listens intently to Voodoo's speech and after the last word was spoken, she walks over to congratulate those involved.

"Hello Morte_Rossa, I am Eve Gato, of La Famiglia Gato."  Eves smiles warmly and extends her hand in greeting before continuing.  "I would like to congratulate you on your new role within Brooklyn.  Our family has only recently relocated to New York, but I have heard many a good thing about you and I look forward to working with you in New York."

Looking around, Eve was unable to see the little Raccoon anymore.  She gets word that he has returned to The Zoo and heads on over there to extend her warm wishes to him personally.  

"Raccoon, sir.  A pleasure to meet you.  Firstly, congratulations on your new headquarters and for your position as acting Godfather of Manhattan.  You must be very proud; it is indeed a great achievement.   And secondly, thank you for offering Sammy Gato the position in Manhattan, as a Captain under your tutelage.  I hope that together our two families can achieve great things for Manhattan."   

He saw a bunch of crowd having a huge meeting, Zeppy saw Voodoo in the stage as he announced probably the next step on New York.

​Listening attentively on the speech, As the speech has ended. Zeppy smiled and look into the crowd as he search for the newly authed leaders.

Raccoon, You are a great player here since then you've been too active and too kind to everyone else. I would like to congratulate you buddy for making it to the bold position, I knew you will do great as a leader with the help of bee and your members. Im looking forward into your leadership. Have a great one pal!

And to Sammy and Morte, You also done a great great part buddy, You deserve the spot and im hoping that you will spread a great leadership too in NY! Congrats to all of you! Cheers!

A bit late but have to say it nevertheless.

Congratulations Raccoon and Morte_Rossa, i know you two would make a fine addition to New York.

Senza already heared about 2 new Headquarters in New York. But as busy as she was she had totally missed the speeches. That didn't mean she didn't want to offer her congratulations. As she approached Morte_Rossa's new Headquarters she notices Raccoon running out.

'He there not so fast mister" she yells at Raccoon. "Congratulations man! I am sure you will do a fine job and I'm looking forward to work with you. The best of luck my fury friend!"

Senza continues her way and notices Morte_Rossa was just stepping out of her Headquarters. Senza walks up to her and grabs Morta_Rossa's hand. "Congratulations dear, I'm sure this time you will be able to reign longer then your grandmother Karmen could. I wish you the best of luck and I'm looking forward to work with you."
