i got promoted as wise guy long ago..but still i am not getting promoted as made man. What should i do? |

Made man promo is given by your Boss, if you not receive that privilige yet,thats mean your Boss think you're not ready to enter the inner circle of the Family |

Yea, to get to Made, you not only need the points, but you also need the approval from your Crew Leader. So, maybe donate some more, or work harder, and prove to Him/Her that you are ready. |

In this context, Darth meant 'tributes'. A tribute is the donation of ingame $$$'s to your leader which show up as part of your earnings. |
