Sidious steps out of The Darkside Headquarters surrounded by guards, trusted associates, and Kizzy. He fires a few rounds into the air to get the attention of those roaming the streets around him.

Thank you all for taking the time to hear this announcement, I hope the gun shots didn't cause any sudden heart failure or paranoia, but sometimes -Skittles- running around in a wig and women's undergarments just doesn't do the trick.

It has been some time since Chicago expanded, but quite honestly, Kizzy and I have had a great deal on our plates to get this city up and running as you see it today. At this point though, we are happy with our progress, and are ready to welcome a new family to the streets of the Windy City.

I'd like to announce the arrival of Gina_Zagaria as the newest Chicago captain. She has been with me since the very beginning, and has proved that she has what it takes to further grow Chicago and make it one of the most respected cities in this thing of ours.

Congratulations Gina, I am excited to see you grow and bring more new and exciting ideas to the city of Chicago.

You may set up when you are ready, my dear. I please ask that those who wish to congratulate Gina keep your comments here on the streets and not individually fill her mailbox, as she has much to do in getting set up.
