As you walk down a rugged and deserted street you spot a sign flashing outside a shabby looking building saying "Munroe Street Loans" your curiousity gets the most of you and you slowly make your way to the door. Inside it's even worse, Rats crawl out of small holes in the wall, cobwebs hang from the ceiling and as you walk past the basement a strange smell fills the air, you were about to go down there to check it out but are suddenly interupted by a loud voice in the back.

"I would'nt go down there if i was you" 

You turn around to see a man in the corner, feet up on the desk, smoking a  cigar and reading today's newspaper. 

"The Name's Juancarlo and i run this business here, if you ever need a loan im your man."

"How much do you give out" you reply.

Juancarlo puts down his paper, stands up and looks at you head to toe before taking another puff of his cigar, and speaking again.

"I only give out loans to Goombas or lower, higher ranking people tend not to need so much money, the loans go from $4000-$15000." Just drop me of a mail if your intrested, but be warned, if you refuse to pay me back it wont be me you'll be dealing with but the entire Sicilian Connection Family. " and with that said he sits back down picks up the newspaper again and continues to read.

* Costello approaches the man and offers him a sip from his hip flask *
