I know its gross but the healing properties will help

Rourke handled his gas can and walked up to Savvy's home. This fabled gas can was the one that Rourke had used many previous times to burn down the numerous bars, clubs, and hotels pedro had established over the Seven Cit-Seas. Although his work there was incomplete, he found a new target for his ire: Savvy's home. Rourke had watched the scene inside from a distance, but never quite understood what was going on or who was participating. The last thing Rourke had witnessed was a few humans licking themselves. Rourke spoke to no one in particular:

That is disgusting and unsanitary. Seriously it's like people are trying to be cats here.

Rourke knew that the home was most likely carrying all sorts of germs and bacteria as a result of the unnecessary self-gratification going on inside and focused on one way to sanitize the place: baptism by fire. While others might call Rourke a "pyromaniac," he chose to refer to himself as "the flame bringer of justice." Others called him the "flaming bringer of justice" after he had consumed one too many glasses of gin, but Rourke was secure enough with his masculinity to shrug off these petty insults.

The gas can was filled to the top. Rourke carried his pure silver lighter, a gift from Marietta upon his promotion to Don, and flicked it a few times to check the spark. The flint was still good and let forth a mighty flame each time Rourke prompted it to light. He quietly let himself in to Savvy's home and began to splash the gasoline around the various rooms on the first floor. Although no formal description of the house had been provided, Rourke figured the place was a small town home with fewer than three stories. He noticed a few of the guests inside bickering and further licking themselves while Rourke shook his head in disgust. He moved silently up to the second story and flooded the upstairs with the gas. The smell of gasoline filled the house, yet no one seemed to notice.

Rourke quickly finished with the upstairs and worked his way back down. By this time, the gasoline was pooling upstairs and dripping onto the inhabitants below. A few of them began rubbing the liquid between their fingers and smelling it as to ascertain what substance had just fallen upon them. Rourke knew that he must finish the job and leave quickly before he was spotted. He ran through the few other vacant rooms on the ground floor, splashing the gasoline violently as he moved. He finally arrived in the front room and doused all of the members inside. As they started to protest, Rourke knocked them all out with a few sharp raps to the head. The lay silently on the floor, unable to be woken before their impending doom. Rourke poured a trail out into the Street and flicked the lighter open. Right before he touched the lighter to the end of the gasoline trail, Rourke spoke to himself:

Forgive me Father, for what I am about to do. They know not their transgressions, but they will pay for them with their eternal damnation.

Rourke lit the gasoline and the fire quickly began to snake through the street to the house Rourke has just traversed through. As the fire engulfed the house, one thought passed through Rourke's mind:

"You're next, Gabriel. You're next."

Rourke watched Savvy's home burn to the ground, a twisted wreckage of metal and charred wood. As he walked away, his nostrils and lungs filled with the smell of destruction. He placed his hands in his pockets and lowered his cap as he passed through the Streets back to his office in Detroit. As he walked, he muttered one phrase silently under his breath:

Damn, it feels good to be a gangster.

Looks outside and sees Rourke obviously drunk walking about the street playing with an imaginary gas can and yelling something about Gabriel being a gangster

I swear he gets weirder every day.

Sava watched as her home went up in flames as she held Sam close to her chest the tears of the last possession that her father gave to her. She walked into the distance not looking back.

Esham swung the front door open and crawled his way out in excruciating pain. He rolled over and laid on his back on the porch.

ROVER! WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?!

He lay on the ground applying pressure to his wounds and hoping for some sort of damn miracle sometime soon.

Rourke notices a few misplaced ghosts having a conversation in the middle of what used to be Savvy's home. He silently walks down the street.

Report Post Tip

Watches Rourke walking around aimlessly talking to things that aren't there. He pokes Rover and points.
