Father_Broca then bends forward and kisses the ring of the Godfather.

Now watch your fucking mouth when you speak of Godfather Sidious and if you find yourself speaking of him it better be to praise him now get the fuck outta here and go change your clothes!

The poor bastard gets up running and screaming,"PRAISE GODFATHER SIDIOUS PRAISE GODFATHER SIDIOUS!" As he fades to black in the night fall.

Congratulations Godfather Sidious!

Sidious, you have been an excellent stalwart in the city of Chicago.  I find that the people who work the hardest always have a way of rising to the top.  We have not spoken too frequently but I was quite enthused by the opportunity of you taking a city, and that enthusiasm has paid dividends in return.  I know you to be a truthful and honorable man, so to that I can only say that it will be a privilege to work with you in the future.  You have been an absolute attribute to the people of your city for a long time now, and with the quality and speed you and your people have progressed through rank and in Street speaking, I can only imagine it will be for a long time to come.

Congratulations Sidious on becoming Godfather, you are doing a wonderful job in Chicago it is a great place to visit while you are in charge of it and I hope to see more.

Congratulations Sidious. My apologies in making a belated appearance here today, but I wanted to make sure that my voice was heard among the other well wishers on your new achievement and rank.

I remember you as a young man, believe it or not. You were such an honorable and respectful mobster, wise beyond your years it seemed. And now here you stand today, not only as a leader, or as a City Head, but as a Godfather. You and your family have worked hard, have seen loss and triumph, 'falure' and success, but at the end of the day you overcame the odds that have bested many men and women before you, and stand here today as a pillar of strength and hope for the younger generation of mobsters in the Windy City.

Very well done, Sidious, and to all of his associates who helped him on his way in this journey. Never forget that your footsteps have already left a mark upon this world. I, for one, am looking forward to see what other 'footprints' you leave behind.
