MasterMind had just finished checking the preparations for the Jokes Party, when an Idea came up to his mind, it wasn't really a new Idea but it was something his dad told him about it before.The Chicago Council, The Idea was very Simple, it was part of his feeling of his social responsibility towards the community he lives in. He Wrote few words on a paper and asked one of his guards to spread it on all walls in all cities, the Poster Said:

Do You Have a Problem?

Are You in Need of Cash?

Do You Need to buy a gun or hire a bodyguard?

Do You need to pay a debt.

Come Tell Me Your Problem & How Much Do You Need.

The Council Will Review Your Problem & Will Help You To The Best We Can.

The Council Will Be Held for 1 Week.

he paused, trying to figure out the best way to plead his case. His need for money outweighed his shame at this point.

Here is my problem. Well first, you said you where here to help, so I hope you take me seriously. You'll take me seriously right?

he paused, taking in a breathe. hopefully this man would cure all his problesm, he did offer to help after all.

Recently my dear from IronSheik made his own shelf humble. He stood in the middle of Downtown Detroit, spouted insults at no body, then tapped himself out. It was a very sad moment indeed.

the recent memory of Sheikybaby going made caused a tear to roll down the young marks face. no more bitches to be made humble, no more random bodies to put the camel clutch on. Falcon held his head down for a moment of silence, then returned his attention to MasterMind

So you'll help me right? I just gotta come up with the cash to bury this iconic hero. As we stand here now, his body is laying in Detroit, slowing rotting away. The town is nearly vacant, so there is no one to carry him to the morgue. I only need a small sum of cash to create a proper resting site for this man. I think 50,000 will cover all my travel expenses too and from, and be able to properly bury him as well.

he stepped back, eyes hopeful. this was his best and only hope!

MasterMind Welcomes Falcon to the Council and points to one of his associates to check what would Falcon like to drink then starts to speak saying: Thanks for Coming Falcon, I hope we would be able to Help You Today, Please Tell me How Can we do so?

After few minutes when Falcon Has finished speaking out his case, MasterMind Discusses things with this associates and then looks to Falcon & Says: The Council Has Decided to Give you The Money You Requested, You Shall Receive the Cash Now on your way out. Good Luck To You

Appel had walked past this a place saying they where handing out free cash. He didn't trust that but as he saw some poeple leave the place with a large amount of cash he started to believe in what he saw. But to make a good amount of money Appel needed a good goal to call his own. and as he was walking around the city he sees that a lot of people are having problems with the rent of all the places they life in. This could be the change he was waiting for so he walked back to the Social Council and walked wright in. 

Walking to the counter he saw a nice looking girl standing there and he started to ask where the councel was held. The girl pointed towards the door behind her and but after that she sent someone in to tell them they had someone for the counsel.

"You have to wait here but may I ask you something, Why do you need to go to that council It seems to me you have enough money to get by. "

"O yes I do have enough but I always like to give something back to the communitie so when i see a chance to make this world a better place for everyone i'll take that chance. " 

Appel said and after that Appel and the girl called Milou where talking about everything they could until He got called in to see the counsil in person.

MasterMind was sitting in this big meeting room with some of his friends, waiting for other people to come tell their cases, the council was in charge of a lot of money to be given to community, but only if the cause is right, when his beautiful assistant came in saying:

Sir MasterMind, Someone called Appel is outside, He would like to come forward to the council, but I'm not sure really what he wants, he does not look like he is in need at all.

MasterMind smiled and said: Let Him Come In Now, & Bring us some Lemonade Please.

Right Away Sir, said the girl before she leaves.

As Appel and Milou where jsut getting to know one and another the girl that was sent to the council room came back and told Appel to follow her. That was fine he said his goodbye's to Milou and follow this new girl. She was very quiet and walked straight towards the door and lett appel into it. 

"Thanks for bringing me over here" Appel said 

But the girl didn't seem to respond, I guess i'm not everyones type. But he was wasn't here to get a girl for tonight he was here for some cash. So he turned around and saw that he was faceing a couple of big important guys and ofcours mastermind was sitting in the middel of them. 

"Well hello there Good Ser's I might not seem the persone to be in need of money but I do have some sort of a problem that needs a lot of money to take care of. I'm I at the right place here for problems that don't directly conserne me or do I need to look for my fonds somewhere else."

Appel waited for the council to tell him if he could proceed or if he had to get out f here. And he hoped he hadn't been to forward by starting this conversation with a question already but he didn't like it to waist his time for being in the wrong place.

MasterMind was quite interested to know why would Appel ask for money, Everyone knows he is a very rich guy, it took him a while to speak and then he said: You have got all our attention Appel, Please go ahead and tell us what you have in mind and do not worry, we never ask anyone to get out of here. We are here to help.

Appel was about to speak when MasterMind stopped him saying: but let's wait for the lemonade first, I know the weather outside is hot. You must be thirsty.

Few Minutes Later that MasterMind has spent chatting with Appel, His Assistant came in holding a tray that has couple of Lemonade with Fresh Mint blended together and sweetened with honey poured into nice chilled crystalline glasses. It was then and only then when MasterMind Said to Appel: Please Go Ahead, Tell Me What Are You Here for Brother Appel.
