Voodoo stepped out into the streets for a short announcement concerning the succession of leadership in Manhattan. In a somber mood, he was brief with his explanation.

In light of the unfortunate departure of Raccoon from this world his second in command, Brooklynn, will be assuming control of Manhattan. Raccoon always spoke very highly of her and from the time she spent in my family as well, I have faith she will do a fine job leading the district. She will set up a family of her own and will be the acting Godmother of the district until she is able to officially take the title.

My condolences go out to Chicago also as they have lost good people here in recent days as well but we will all persevere and move on from this tragedy together. 

Voodoo shook hands with Brooklynn and handed her the keys to her new HQ before knocking over a trash can as he walked away from the crowd, remembering the fallen leader.

Brooklynn had been terrified and heartbroken after the loss of her precious little Raccoon. However, her close friends had given her enough confidence to follow Raccoon's footsteps and take on the leader role of the amazing Manhattan.

She attended the meeting together with her close friend Enjolras. As Voodoo finishes his speech Brooklynn steps up:

"I'd like to thank everyone for their amazing support these past few days. I think more or less everyone has offered a helping hand. Even all the way from Chicago! This is nothing I ever wanted or was preparing for. I'm just as surprised as you are with this change but I'll do my best to keep you pleased and safe because you deserve it. I also know that this is what my little Raccoon would have wanted so it's only right I do it."

In the middle of Brooklynn's speech a baby Jaguar and Panda emerges from her backpack and steals the crowds attention completely. Brooklynn shakes Voodoo's hand and receives the keys to her new headquarter. The Jaguar and Panda are quick to dive back into the backpack as Voodoo knocks the trash can over.

Brooklynn, Enjolras and the animals make their way back to Manhattan.

I didn't think anything could make me smile again after the unfortunate deaths of great and respected people, including Raccoon, in our cities. But it looks like I was wrong about that.

Brooklynn, you are an amazing person. I have zero doubts about you successfully continuing the legacy of Raccoon, and thus I urged you to take up the mantle of leader. I am simply thrilled to see that you're bold! 

Extremely delighted to see this move happen. After such horrible recent events it's great to see our city recovering and expanding once again. I know for sure you will continue to do great things in Manhatten and do Raccoon proud. You deserve the opportunity and now you have it, many congratulations.

Deadshot was wondering the streets when he noticed a crowd gathering round Voodoo a New York leader. Deadshot made his way over and walked to the front of the crowd after getting there he stood and listened to what Voodoo had to say, after Voodoo finished talking Deadshot cleared his throat and took a step from out the crowd and began to speak.

"Congratulatoins to Brooklynn on her new promotion to city help of Manhatten I know you will do a great job and do Raccoon proud in taking over running the district after his death. I look forward to you rebuilding the district and wish you all the best in your journey. "

Deadshot gives Brooklynn a smile then fades back into the crowd.

His untimely death was sad of course, but you following in his footsteps is great news. You'll be a fresh and happy breeze in this place, while carrying all the experience to do a proper job."

Ezio shook hands with Brooklynn and then went to socialize with the others that gathered for this announcement.

T-Man was standing outside a bar talking to a couple of associates. He pulled out three cigarettes and handed each associate one before handing them a lighter.   T-Man heard a familiar voice around the corner. He excused himself from the associates and followed the voice. Around the corner T-Man seen a large crowd surrounding Voodoo. Voodoo had delivered a speech that meant Brooklyn was setting up in Manhattan. T-Man was very happy to see Brooklyn getting her own crew as he had knew her from when he was in Voodoo’s crew. T-Man approached Brooklyn and said.

“Brooklyn I’m delighted to see you get your own crew. You have been doing incredible work throughout your time in New York and I have complete faith in you that you will do New York proud. It was very sad for us after Raccoon’s death, he was a brilliant asset to New York! I wish you the best of luck with this opportunity!"

T-Man slipped through the crowd and returned to his associates, who had finished smoking their cigarettes that T-Man has handed them moments before he left for a short period of time. T-Man had mixed emotions, he was happy that Brooklyn was getting authed but sad as the reality of Raccoon's death had hit him. T-Man said his bye to his associates and got into his chrome black Ford Model A car.

Well congratulations old sport. This not just from me but from The entirety of The Chicago Outfit. I remember it like it was just a few days ago when Cerebellum was authed here in the Windy City. It is an exciting time for sure. I hope you enjoy this moment and remember that your life has to be like this...

Smiling from the front of the crowd, Sammy nods respectfully towards Don Brooklynn as he catches her gaze. Under such tragic circumstances, it was good that there was some light, something to hope for and support. In the short space of time between Raccoons passing and this day, Gato had been lucky enough to get to know the new Don or Manhattan and was more optimistic about their future than ever.

The smile faded as he remembered his friend, hearing the trashcan hit the ground as it had outside Bella Importazioni back in Philly reminded him of the debt he still owed to that Raccoon.

"Congratulazioni, Don Brooklynn, and salut!"

Zeppy Walks around the street as he saw a familiar face on the crowd, Voodoo is having speech. 

" Seems a new step on Manhattan, " Voodoo introduce Bee as a new bold in Manhattan as Morty fell down :S

" This is a great idea to get move on " Walks nearly to Brooklyn as Zeppy Congratulate her 

" Congrats darling! The Second coming of The Zoo! " " Hope this time it would be more successful "

MasterMind has heard about the recent events of Brooklynn starting her crew, He felt quite angry for being so late to congratulate her, he was always bad with timings but he decided anyways that is better late than never so he dressed in his best suit, it was made of Finest Cotton from Egypt, and it has gold threads in it, it was worth a lot of money actually then he went down his house taking the car to the airport.

It was not quite long between Chicago & New York so he eventually landed there where he found couple of his men waiting him opening his limo door for him.

" Head to Brooklynn House " Said MasterMind to his driver. He soon arrived there at her house, it was a big House, more of a palace thing, this New York Guys have a lot of money said MasterMind to himself.

Few minutes passed while he was waiting Dona Brooklynn, before she came down the stairs in the Main Hall.

She Was dressed in a very nice dress, so he couldn't help himself but to say: Wow, Brooklynn, You get Prettier Everytime I meet you, I will not take much of your time, I just thought to come to congratulate you in person, accept my apologies for the delay. I wish you the best of Luck. I'm Sure New York is going to prosper more and more with you among the leadership team.

Then he excused himself saying: If you Would Excuse me now, but I will have to go back to Chicago, I'm holding a Jokes Party & I can't Leave the guests alone for a long time. See You Again Soon.

As soon as he gets out, his driver opened the limo door for him, then said: Are we going back to the airport sir ?, MasterMind nods yes.

Tries to contain his excitement by sitting on his hands and holding his breath...

eeeeeeee! Ok, sorry... couldn't help that. 

It was long a dream of my bloodline's to see the original creator of The Zoo get their own family. Their bloodline had worked for generations to 'clear their name' and I felt it was long deserving for him. Unfortunately, a lot of us were left shocked and saddened by his sudden departure from our world.

However, here we are now. His legacy being carried on by the person who knew him the best.

I feel a warmth in my heart seeing you in a bold suit Brooklynn and I know you're going to do The Zoo proud. Sincerely wish you all the best and I assure my door is as open to you as it was your predecessor, so do not hesitate to ask if anything is needed... although I'm sure you're going to be more than competent in your new role.
