Father Broca strolls to the end of the street and sets up a soapbox outside of the Darkside HQ. A large crowd gathers around as Father Broca stands up on the soapbox, makes the sign of the cross and begins to speak.

May I have everyone's attention please. I am here today to officially announce Chicago's newest crew. Skittles has now reached the rank of Don and along with his promotion he has been awarded his own crew. Don Skittles would like to announce the opening of The Emporer's Bullets headquarters. He has asked me to come here today to proclaim this publicly. We will be working alongside the other captains of Chicago under the leadership of Godfather Sidious to increase and expand business in the city. 

The crowd lets out a round of applause as the Father speaks again.

I would like to be the first to publicly congratulate Skittles for all of his accomplishments and success. We will now be graced by the presence of the Don. Please line up one at a time to congratulate him.

Father Broca makes the sign of the cross again as the crowd all repeats after him... Nel nome del Padre, del Figlio e dello Spirito Santo Amen. Father Broca walks over to a car parked on the corner and opens the back door.

The crowd then busts into instant applause as Don Skittles appears from the car and walks over next to the soapbox, the crowd then forms a line to see the Don.

Congrats Skittles! Best of luck man

Elbowing a few people out of the way, Velma works her way to the front of the line.

And what a fine HQ this is, too! I'm still disappointed you didn't decide to paint it in baby blue and pink shades, but no matter.

Velma winks at Skittles, before hugging him.

Bender pushes Velma out of the way. She shrieks "Jenkies!" but to no avail, the crowd ignores her. Bender then noms on skittles affectionately.
