Neptune, if your CL has paid for a basic or premium pass for their crew, then the individuals in said crew do not have to pay the individual tax.

And Tallien, if you are truly upset about our vague wording and the...er, hopes you got up in anticipation of having access to sleeping bums, you can instead have access to VelmaKelly when she is sleeping.

Just a reminder to everyone, the Chicago City Pass program will be going into effect as of Aug 31, 00:00 MR time.

At that time, if your family hasn't purchased a pass, you will be expected to vacate the city. I will be giving an initial 12 hour grace period for people to leave before I begin handing out fines to those who are here without a pass.

My captains and I will be in constant communication with all city leaders to ensure the transition to this program runs smoothly. With this program, I'm sure a few special individual situations will arise (people vacationing in the city without a pass after the deadline, sponsored mobsters who have gone inactive), at which time will be handled personally by myself in the form of correspondence with that leader.

New families who will be receiving complimentary 2-week Premium City Passes are as follows:

Upon expiration of these complimentary passes, each family will be eligible for the Premium Pass introductory rate of $600,000. If they choose not to renew, but plan on eventually purchasing this level of pass, the price will go back to the standard rate of $750,000.
