This is true, but i do beleive you never asked, the topic suggests there will be a question regarding your choice of cheese, but the content actually answers the question, For the record my favourite cheese has to be Beaufort. but then if it is toast or a sandwich i think a good cheddar cant be beaten. wich i suppose brings us to the question, at what point does cheese on toast become welsh raerbit? |

a sharp cheddar, or else a nice swiss. It depends upon the sandwich....never had bree though...hows the flavor? |
