Rourke found himself in jail for another time. THE JAIL GANG wasn't going as planned and so far membership was only at one member. He looked around at the mafiosos in jail and knew that he needed to be the driving force to unite them as one group. He thought about instituting some sort of unionized wage structure so that the men and women would be appeased by their pay scales, but decided that paying anyone to be part of THE JAIL GANG would be a severe drain on his personal finances. Rourke needed his money for hookers, booze, and tobacco. Rourke scribbled a new note on the wall:

Membership fee for THE JAIL GANG has been reduced! New payment of $4,999,999 upon application due directly to Rourke

Rourke felt like a solid entrepreneur. He hoped that the new reduced fee would be able to entice more members and put a little more green back in his pocket. As noted, Rourke needed his money for hookers, booze, and tobacco. Marietta wasn't cheap and apparently she was raising Rourke's personal rate. After all the work he did for her, the natural thought was that he'd be able to get the goodies at a discount, but apparently she charged more for a half-and-half than she did for the full dingo. Such is life. Rourke hollered to a guard:

Sir, if you would like to join THE JAIL GANG you may enter as well. We could always use a few boys in blue to help look the other way if my crew and I found ourselves locked up if you know what I'm talking about!

Rourke slipped him a card. It read:

The powerful hypnosis of the cards worked quickly and Rourke commanded the guard to unlock the cell. As Rourke stepped through the open gate, a few mobsters tried to follow, but Rourke shoved them back in violently.
