Words will never do me justice here, but I'll fumble through them as best I can.

I was lucky enough to have spent my youth growing up along side you on the streets of New York. The promise and potential you showed as a young lady on the streets of the jungle have now developed into something that can only be described as inspirational.

Your love for your family, for your city and for this thing of ours can never be questioned. I have no doubts you will bring the same passion, dedication and hard work to the streets of Philly that have graced New York for so long.

While it's always a shame to lose a leader who has served the city with such a wonderful family, knowing you'll return Philly to its former glory is all the consolation we need.

Our lineage goes back a long way. Longer than I care to say sometimes. Somehow, through all that time. Our families have managed to stay friends. Through the good, the bad and now the excellent.

Congratulations to you. On all of your achievements. Rest assured I will be by your side until the end.

When I was approached by Godfather Rourke with the idea of you filling the city of Philadelphia, I knew a quick and steady recovery for the place I once called home would soon be in order.

In the time we've known each other, I've always been impressed by your work ethic and the respectable way in which you carry yourself, attributes which will serve you well as you take on the daunting task in front of you.

If there is anything Chicago can do to help ease your transition into your new role, please don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to seeing our business relationship together grow, and am excited to see the new direction Philadelphia will be going in.
