Good Evening everyone. As most of you may or may not know many of our fine Godmothers/fathers have been laying down taxes on their city. Which gives me the sort of impression that people will be wondering.. Will there be a tax on New Orleans ? Well that is why I am here before you today. I just wanted to tell you all about what Im going to be doing about a tax on New Orleans. It is nice and simple and you will like it.

I would like announce that New Orleans will NOT be having a tax placed upon the city. I want people to feel welcome to New Orleans and would like many people to fly through visiting everyday selling drugs and doing crimes and not having to worry about a tax.

New Orleans does not have many sleeping bums on the streets so there is no reason to be taxing you fine mobsters to shoot them. They sleep on my streets without getting themselves a job or a family then you are free to wipe them of the streets without a charge, just be careful who you are shooting as you don't want to end up in trouble.

I don't charge you guys to fly here either as you have to pay to fly here as it is. Not much I must say but it still comes out of your hard earned money. So you can fly here whenever you want and do your business. Sell drugs, Rob my post offices, Snatch purses, Rob banks or Pickpocket someone. You are free to do that, as I want New Orleans to be open and accessible to everyone.

So im hoping that will answer a few wondering minds about what my city is going to be doing about a tax. So with all that said I wish you all a great evening and farewell.
