Beowulf will stand before the crowd in the twilight and raise his hand to get attention from those walking the streets. At this side, sits a wolfdog which he pets gently as the crowd turns to listen.

"Friends!" He began when the majority of the crowd was paying attention, "I thank you for your attention. Many of you know me as the Left Hand of ScipitaRourke and her Purring Tigers. I hope the impressions you have had of me in that capacity were favorable as I have always strived to deal honorably and fairly with all who I worked with."

"But now, things have changed. Don ScipitaRourke has asked me to form a new family in the streets of Philly to help restore the great city to its past glory. I've accepted her offer with great enthusiam as well as humility. It is an honor to join the ranks of the many great family leaders who maintain the order of our streets."

"So I ask of all of you who hear me speak today, to spread the word about what to expect from the Wolf Pack. The Pack will be conducting itself, at all times, with the dignity and composure of the proud wolves we descend from. The pack firmly believes in the laws which make La Cosa Nostra strong, and we will at all times enforce these laws within our ranks. The Pack believes that cooperation and team work is always better than struggle, thus we will cooperate with other crews whenever possible."

He moves his hand from the rubbing of his wolfdog, and it begins to glare at the crowd, "With that said, there are things I ask of the community. Our pack is where we draw our strength, if you have a problem with a member of our pack that is not an immediate threat to your life, then bring it to my or my RHM's attention. If our pack member is in the wrong, we will work with you to insure swift justice. The Pack will always be open to cooperation with other crews and we will always deal fairly with all crews and their members, in return, we ask only that other crews deal fairly with us."

"Finally, I'd like to introduce the two Pack leaders who will be helping me lead the new pups into becoming a strong part of our community. To my right, Paul_Vidi and to my left, Il_Siciliano. I hope these two are familiar to many of you, if they are not, I hope they soon will be. They are both good and honorable men who, like me, wish only the best for this thing of ours."

"That is all I have to say for now. Thank you for listening and spread the word, the Wolf Pack is now in Philly. You'll hear the howls in the moonlight."

Congratulations. You've always had a thing for wolves. That thing follows you everywhere. So the name suits. Very nice.

Straz feels like he's playing the old same song, but he's not yet tired of hearing it and hopes no one else is either

Congratulations... I really mean it, you didn't get up there without heavy and good reasons. You've worked hard and you deserve this. 

Straz claps his hands and wants to give Beowulf a hug but the wolfdog is a bit too intimidating.

Michael nods politely. "I don't spend much time in Philly, but then again, maybe you can make the town worth a visit or two. Best of luck, Beowulf."

Congrats i shouted standing behind a crowd of ill dressed mobsters and winking and saying ill stop by your palace when im in philly sometimes

Taking beowulf's hand in his he looks into his eyes as he speaks. Fumbling into his pocket for a match and cursing himself for running out, as beowulf pulls that solid gold lighter of his out, and curses Gaius's cheapness, Gaius begins to speak.

My good friend, a more well deserved honor cannot be given. Congratulations. Remember, should you ever require my assistance, you have merely to ask.
