As the crowd of people slowly gets larger and louder, Frank steps outside the building with two muscle bound men either side of him. With a quick clearing of the throat, the crowd quietens to a complete silence.

"It is my pleasure to divulge this infomation to the general public. Las Vegas, under the rule and guidance of GodMother Aurora has gone from strength to strength. Many people have contributed to the Las Vegas you see today. One person in particular more than most is Aurora's first Captain, Tie. His hard work, ingenuity and dedication to the civilians of Las Vegas and neighbouring cities has been outstanding."

Frank grins.

"Because of this hard work and dedication, it gives me great pleasure in announcing the newest Don of Las Vegas...TIE!!

Frank and the two men turn and proceed into the building behind them to the cheer of the Las Vegas people.

Getting to Don is a great achievement and one that Tie throughly deserves. Congratulations Don Tie.

Walking around the city of Las Vegas for some reason or another, probably buying a new skimpy dress from himsel... er... for one of his many lusty maidens that he obviously has, he notices a small crowd converging on one building. Wanting to see what's going on, he walks closer and listens in. After all is said and done and hears nico talking about a story.

"Are you sure you're listening to the same thing as myself, my friend? Anyways, congrats to Tie on making it to getting such a high rank."

Adds a witty joke here to complete the full cycle and walks off.

Though we met only earlier today, I would like to send my sincerest congratulations to you.  Don Tie, you have done well that is for sure.

Thank you Frank, esteemed members of the community. Its true, it took me a very long time to reach Don, but I have finally achieved it. It wasn't due to lazyness, or lack of trying. More so that I thoroughly enjoyed the rank of Consigliere, much more than most. I come to you today, partially in mourning. I wish I hadn't had to leave that rank behind but, sadly, it had to be done.

Its well-documented that I am great...no WONDERFUL, and this achievement just goes to prove it. I would like to take this time to thank all of you for being there in my time of greatness. I will not let you down, and I will continue to strive for an even greater level of excellence than you could ever hope to see.
