Strolling out of the Monkey Cage gentlemans club, Deimne straightened his tie and slowly finished off the glass of whiskey in his hand. Looking at the small group of mobsters gathered in front of him, he let a large smile glide across his face and composed himself to address them.

Greetings all.

I asked you to join me today for a announcement that fills me with pride.

When the monkey cage first opened, one of the first members in the door was a respectful and intelligent young lady that was full of potential. Her bloodline hasn't been in this thing of ours very long, but she more than compensated for this lack of generations experience with dedication and enthusiasm that surpassed even my own lofty expectations.

Her dedication to her family was without question, her determination an inspiration to all and her willingness to do anything to assist a constant that never wavered. She has gone on to fulfill the potential that was so obvious when she first joined our ranks and has proven herself to be a real star.

I bring to you today the newest captain to work for me on the streets of New York, a shinning star that brightens even the darkest night... Starshine!
