I like this last post Googlez. I think that a lot of criminal are idiots and need to know this information because bank jobs and stick ups could easily be done but so many people get caught doing them because they do something stupid. Good job educating us all.

You do not give the money to his family, as that could raise red flags as to where the money came from etc...especially if its known he died during a bank robbery. You split it 3 ways and keep your mouth shut.

definetly family. family always comes first in all circumstances for me that isnt really a hard choice.
