The wind was blowing, rain scattering about, lights flickering and small drops of water landing on the floor, caused by several leaks in the roof. The building wasn't the best for this kind of a night, but it was the tradition. Every member of Evolution stood in this very same building when they were brought into the family, and the tradition cannot die.

This time, Koehler was waiting anxiously. He had been wanting to bring this individual into the family for quite some time, but only now was he actually able to. The clock struck midnight and the doors swung open; CloverLuxille and Sereno were dragging in TC by his paws. They set the kitten down on a pillow and stood back.

"TC, it's time. Hold out your paws."

Hesitant to do so, TC slowly extended his paws, balancing on his hind legs. Koehler placed a picture of St. Francis in the teeny paws and set it ablaze. Koehler smirked as he pictured what this little kitten would turn into once he was brought into the family; the real Top Cat.

"Repeat after me; As this card burns, may my soul burn in hell if I betray Evolution. I have entered Evolution and I will leave it only when I die. I am Evolution. This is my family. I am your brother."

Koehler stares down at TC and waits patiently.

"As this card burns, may my soul burn in hell if I betray Evolution. I have entered Evolution and I will leave it only when I die. I am Evolution. This is my family. I am your brother."

Koehler watched as the little kitten transformed into a fully-grown cat. The kitten in TC was dead; he was now the true Top Cat of the Windy City.

"Congratulations, TC! This was very overdue and I'm glad I can finally call you my brother. I believe some others would like to congratulate you as well..."

OOblivion walks up to TC and offers him his hand and a cigar.

Congratulations TC, I know that you have worked quite hard for Koehler and North Side, and I look forward to seeing what you have to offer in the future.

Snowball quitely rolls towards TC with a friendly smile on his face, he had stuck a lit cigar in the middle of himself, so rolling wasnt easy.

He went up to TC and said.

"Even though you have been having a habit of turning the heater, I still am very proud to see you here today, you have worked hard, and it makes me really glad to see you here. Congratulations, brother, here, take this, you deserve it"

Hands TC his lit cigar, while nodding with a confident smile.

"Now hurry up before I melt"

"It's been awhile since I met you in he docks and brought you to Koehler. I know I was not mistaken when I said I see potential in you. And you did not prove me wrong."

Clover gives TC, her long time associate a hug.

"Congratulations, now you're officially part of the family! Keep up the good work TC."
