Want to be a crewleader? Easy as pie! Just follow these general guidelines to insure your spot in the Bad Boy's Hall of Fame!

1. You are responsible to no one.

That's right, no one. You've busted your ass for the bold suit. Everyone else can kiss yours. The only reason behind your actions is 'Because I said so' and anyone who thinks they need more explanation can enjoy their swim in the Hudson. On the rare occasion that you do decide to explain your actions, make sure your reasoning is completely inane and inflammatory. Don't stick around to answer questions. You're above the law. Fuck 'em.

2. Intercrew agreements are for pussies.

Alliances are for pusses. Loyalty is for pussies. Advancing our society? Expanding our mutual conglomerations? Extending a hand to those new to our shores? Puss, puss, pussies. Fuck commonly accepted guidelines regarding newly unsponsored members after the death of their crewleader. To the victor (and other non-affiliated families who only lift their trigger fingers after all the real fighting has ended) go the spoils.

3. Nepotism is your friend.

Ignore those hard workers in your crew who don't have an advanced pedigree or family lineage behind their name. They're shit, and should be treated as such. They're only good for bringing you money and should be reminded of such on a daily basis. Keep your coffee shop friends close, regardless of what family they're in. If you do decide to make rules in your family, only enforce the rules with people who aren't you're friends. If they die, you get to make an example. If your friend breaks a rule, keep it completely hush hush.

4. Mitigation is everything.

Its not member whoring; its recruiting.

Its not hypocrisy; its dealing on a 'case by case' basis.

Its not random wacking; its training season.

Always make sure to sugar coat whatever your people do, in case there's heat brought upon your organization. Lie when possible. Also, make sure to point the finger if you see someone else doing something wrong. ESPECIALLY if you're guilty of doing it yourself. The only way to keep from looking improper, is if you can make someone else doing the same thing look worse.

Wait, you don't have the balls to handle codes one through four? Try code number five.

5. Fake testicular fortitude.

If you can't do it, someone else can! If you don't have an opinion, take someone elses. Find a screwleader [sic] in the streets who you moderately respect (or cower from in fear) and ride their shirttails. Ignore any naysayers who challenge your outdoor plumbing. You agree with someone who is above the law and your head's so far up their ass you can taste last night's dinner. Fuck 'em.

What if I want to be a family head?

Dear lord, Sal. That a whole different code entirely! I'm only winded enough for one at a time.
Report Post Tip
Dont crewleaders write thier own code? I would.
Report Post Tip
By the way, im not underminding your comments, they are witty and you put effort into it. It also entertained me, i feel i should clear that up, after all my comment like so many others, required little effort.
Report Post Tip
God no.

I much to busy doing lines of coke off of pretty people to write shit.
Report Post Tip
People? Interessting Ron, so you have no preferance to gender? :P
Report Post Tip
How low can you go?
Report Post Tip
Can you go down low?

All the way to the floor?

Carlo stops singing, and coughs masculinely.

You know, these aren't so different from how the occasional CL truly operates. Bluntly put, humourous, but with an element of truth!

NIKKI! i have a suggestion. if there is ANYONE in your crew with this chain of thougth on being a cl "1. You are responsible to no one." i would gentley fuck off to another courner of the earth had i been you. maybe the universe. the reason we are all alive and sponsored today is becouse our CLs care.

The first one isn't really too accurate. Everyone is subject to removal at the hands of the illustrious Mr McTavish. Recent history has outlined this fact fabulously.
Report Post Tip
True, it was a very sarcastic speech though! To be honest, I wouldn't expect it to be 100% true and accurate!
Report Post Tip
We're all liars, thieves, and rogue traders. Can you believe anything any of us say one hundred percent?

Hmm?

HMMM?
Report Post Tip
True that, we're all either gangsters or politicians, and I don't trust either...
Report Post Tip
This is what I have been trying to tell people all along.

Spoken like a true goomba my friend. I bet your father passed away not too long ago and you grew up as the son who does'nt give a fuck anymore.
Report Post Tip
Quite the contrary... I'm rather passionate about what I feel. I'm even more passionate about the apathy that runs so rampant through our streets, and infiltrates our town like a silent enemy in an undefined war.

Which we're losing.
