I AM HOLDING A PICKPOCKET CONTEST. THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The first five people to successfully pick my pocket will each receive $250,000.

2. In order for a pickpocket to be deemed "successful," it must also show up in my personals for verifiable proof.

3. If you choose to pickpocket me, I am free to pickpocket you back and I may keep ANY money that I receive from you.

4. I am obviously pickpocket friendly in any city. Feel free to ask for my locals and if I am currently PP protected. Use this as your permanent form of "consent" to pick my pocket.

5. Since I am holding the contest, final say on disputable matters will be mine.
