Xbox 360 failure rate is actually even higher than Killa_K says, it's averaged at 54.2% that means that well over half of all Xbox's will break at some point. Ive had my PS3 for 2 years and havent even had to touch it really except to change discs even then i could avoid touching it by using the controller to eject the disc.

Well the PS3 has longer than the Xbox, the PS3 has more and more features coming out for it all the time (check my previous posts) how much longer is Xbox going to keep stretching out the Elite system for which is the only version of Xbox anywhere near the PS3 which costs more than it BTW. The system hardware is at its maximum for the Xbox whereas the PS3 is only just being fully utilised, Xbox Live has no new features to speak of and still costs to have unlike the Free PSN which is always getting new features and services. So next year there will be a new type of Xbox rolled out probably otherwise their just getting left behind. So you can either buy your 7th Gen PS3 that has life in it, or buy an Xbox and in a year/ year and a half buy a new one that they will undoubtedly bring out to try and match the power of the PS3 which they cant as Blu-Ray is the HD standard and Sony will never sell it to MS.

The 360 streams movies from Netflix.  I can, at no extra cost, select a movie to be played on my television instantly.

6. I don't really give a shit about blu-ray.- Well your stupid because the Blu-Ray is the next step in the HD move, HDDVD lost out to Blu-Ray, so obviously Microsoft also agrees a HD disc format is needed.

The Xbox has very few exclusive games as they are nearly all available on the PC, and the PS3 is better at displaying games, as it displays on a pixel by pixel basis, unlike the Xbox just check youtube for the comparison.
