Mulitple Credit Accounts Started by: Duke on Sep 03, '15 07:17

Just a thought ... Any chance a secondary credit account has been considered? Like a federal bank account, but for credits so that you could bank a certain amount of credits in-order to have a set amount to spend at a time ...? I know that most don't have any issues with stopping when down when gambling, ha, but I feel that some of us could benefit from multiple credit accounts. Just a thought, and looking for input in regards to the idea. Thanks in advance for everyone's time considering the concept ... Hope I'm not the only one who could see the use for such a feature!

I think it would have a benefit too it, I'd use it for sure.

Multiple Credit Accounts*** I know someone will post saying I spelled that wrong. My mistake in not double checking.

So that I can get a better feel of how many people actually want this feature, can I get some people to chime in if they would use it, or if they would not?

Report Post Tip

I liked this idea and would use it

It makes sense. I don't gamble and have a whopping ten credits to my name. But for those that need to look at their credits from a more financial state of thought I could see this helping.

These are my savings I don't touch them.

So yeah I wouldn't use it cause I don't gamble or have many credits but for those that are on the opposite spectrum to those that need it I can see it being good.

if people have problem with gambling they need to block themselfs. People will just run out, take more credits out from other account and carry on. blocking is only way to really stop

Its about setting a limit, and budgeting credits. This is a feature that also could be applied for a certain amount on perks, MIAs, marketplace, etc ... Not just for gambling.

Report Post Tip

To be honost, I wouldn't use it. I do not gamble or spend the ones i have like a mad(wo)man :p

I don't gamble much either nor do I do much with my credits apart from spend them on credit codes and timers although I think a few people would find this useful.. +2

I gamble. Love the dice. I've made and lost hundreds of credits. However, I would not use this feature. I use my credits for a lot of stuff and replenish as necessary when losing too much on dice. Unlike cash, I usually have a more immediate need for the credits, so I like having them on my person.

If I was a gambler and I was in the past, I would most definitely have used this especially if you can lock those credits away and cannot use them to gamble and cannot do anything but use them for what they are set for, such as MIA's or whatever the case may be.

It's not a bad idea for them gambling degenerate.

If this is a way of splitting credits up into wallets to properly budget your finances (A timers wallet, a CA wallet, a gambling wallet etc. obviously you can change the names of these wallets) I'm down for this. It'll help me properly organize my credits so I know where each of my credits is going to go without having to write it all down in a book

I would love this idea! I really like what Jeddy suggested, about being able to name them as well. It would be awesome to have credits set aside for what you need to buy monthly :P

Report Post Tip

I would use it for sure.

Could you split "Won" credits and "bought" credits up?...So any ones that you win, would auto go into "this account" and then from there you could set daily limits, weekly limits of credits you want to spend and you cant go over that limit, much like the feature of banning yourself from dice. Only doing it this way, it doesn't ban you from all gambling, I.E the lotto, poker etc etc? which is pretty annoying, if im honest.
