There is a few ways to fix this.

On the right next to the send button is a  <<  which will minimize it, or, if you go into the Manage, Options General, you can manage different loadouts.  For example, my loadout B I have the chat disabled, so when I log in on my phone, there is no chat.

On the login page, if you scroll to the very bottom youll see the load options of A B and C.  Once you use a load out on a device, it will replace the "Login" button with "Login with Loadout B" to make it easy.
