With a serious job put on hold Tom puts me on guard patrol. There was no action just a lot of walking and to be honest id rather watch paint dry. After 3 grueling hours of walking I hear a noise coming from the side of the warehouse so I check it out. Soon as I round the corner I see a kid trying to break into the place. I watch for a little while as I was impressed with the guts this kid had... looked to be about 15. After letting him have his fun trying to pick the lock I approach him from behind and grab him.

He shouts LET ME GO then turns to me ands spits in my face. I slowly wipe my face which is beat red "ok you little fucking brat!, want to be a gangster? A thief? Or just a fucking punk?." He says to me all of the above.

"Smart mouth huh? Ok come with me. I grab him by the shirt and drag him to a small alleyway away from any witnesses. While dragging him I'm saying to him "you live this life you take risks... those risks involve getting your ass kicked. You fall you get back up, sometimes we need a beating to make us a man and sometimes we take a beating to make ourselves a better person."

I tell him to stand up and look into my eyes so he can take a beating like a man. "maybe one day you'll be a gangster but one thing's for sure... you won't be one here!.

I lay into the kid and beat him just enough where he can't take anymore. Barely able to stand I assist him slightly "Now you know not to mess around here!, and hopefully this made you a better person. Now get out of here and don't let me catch you on this property anymore".

Kid limps off as I report to Tom's office to inform him on the situation.
