Camulus sat on an empty bench at the rairoad station in LV and pondered many things. He remembered his first day in town and how new to the life he was. He had come from Ireland with a definite plan in place.  His Comrades back in the IRA were in a desperste struggle and needed money badly.  Camulus was an earner in his soul and so had come with the plan of earning money and sending back to them.

His first day here he had nothing more than that loosely stated goal and storries of the old timers in the Irish mob.  It was at this point on his new arrival that he came into contact with a fellow named Diavolo.   Diavolo invited him into his family even though he had known Camulus had no prior experience. It only took about a day or so and he met a whole host of members such as Darkseed, and their boss Zaheer.  Camulus had been worried for Diavolos sake that his inexperience might cause him to make mistakes that would reflect  poorly on Diavolo.

Meeting Zaheerhad been an interesting moment.  Here was the boss and didnt have to give camulus the time of day, but instead Zaheer had been overly generous with his time and advice,  it was absolutely amazing!!!   Allistair had also been helpfull and same with Genesis.   He was thrilled to find a new member not here many days more than him in Locothor and so a kindred bond of friendship between them had formed as "the new guys"  Locothor and him both did extremely well and came up through the ranks at about equal speed.

About this time he sat on the bench and pondered those early days and realized just how much he owed almost every member of his new family .       As he had been coming up through the ranks, everyone praised camulus for how well he was doing, but they didnt seem to realize it was only because of each of them that he had accomplished anything at all!!!     How could he possibly send money back to the IRA when he had found his purpose right here in the sands of Las Vegas!!   He watches the blowing sands out in the desert "shifting sands" came to his mind, both the shifting sands of the desert and the shifting sands of his allegence from the IRA to Red Lotus of Las Vegas.
