I would say Michael Jackson because ive grown up listening to his music. Not only because of this but certainly for his Humanitarian efforts. He was all about helping others in need and that kind of person is what this world lacks, i do believe, especially now MJ has gone. |

Michael Jackson. Personally I dont think Elvis even comes close. The amount of influence Michael had not only on his own genres, but many other genres is unreal. The amount of albums sold, how hard he worked for his audience, how perfectionist he was. Nothing can and I doubt ever will compete with him, and to be honest im not even really a fan of his music. RIP Tupac, a man who never had a chance to show his true ultimate potential. |

I have never seen Elvis perform live. But I have seen Michael Jackson perform live and he is electrifying. I think no matter where you go on the face of the planet, from the city to the bush, EVERYONE knows Michael Jackson, whereas Elvis is mainly known and popular in the US. Therefore, hands down, Michael is KING! :-) |
