During my thought process, I hadn't dismissed the notion that by suggesting more time be put into managing content, it's just taking time from another aspect of our lives and putting it somewhere else. I very much doubt that the time would be available to govern something like this, however didn't give up hope that someone might be inspired. 

This discussion is not just about my ideas, either. It's an open forum where most have acknowledged that there is an issue, or expressed a desire to see change. 

Sereno, Tommy, you've both had positive suggestions to add and I'm grateful that you've understood my thoughts.

Signore Owens, I'm glad you've come out here, too. I absolutely cannot speak for the internal management of our cities, however I would hazard a guess that the time to review member activity on an individual, constant basis is also time consuming. 

I don't need to point out that the content of our streets does not stop with the person who raises the discussion, all those who participate are also responsible for the quality of their contributions. Accountability for every appearance is probably about as realistic as my original suggestion. We'd be relying on people reporting every time they feel offended, which opens up a whole different question of how people hold themselves. 

I think there may be a more 'divine' solution to this, as suggested by someone in a private discussion, which I may propose. It would mean much less effort and would give us an 'at a glance' idea of what content is being presented in our streets.
