Hello everyone. I'm before you today with a new vision. Now I've noticed that in my lifetime that others recoil at the word "new". Everyone likes an extended comfort zone, be it with friends or traditions. However, it has been my privilege to help break down those comfort zones and create new frontiers alongside Godfathers such as Premeir, Aurora, and Marietta.

Today... I bring you something that is again, a bit different. Don't fret though, because innovation has brought us startling progression. When Marietta was told that there couldn't be more than one crew per city she asked, "Why?" Today we have a prosperous authorization system in place because one person asked a question. I too have asked that question with regards to tribute payments in return for a crew, and payment to achieve higher ranks. One pre-accepted notion I have come across is that once a crewleader appoints a Captain, the Captain ceases to have any honor or responsibility bestowed on to them. I ask... Why?

Currently in the city of New York I serve as the Godfather. Deimne is my Underboss and below him he has two Captains: brandon_heat and Starshine. Most people assume that since they are Captains brandon and Starshine have achieved all they can without being promoted within the city or allowed to lead another city. I reject that notion though, I think that if you work hard, you should be able to take on more responsibility. brandon_heat has done just that. He has earned the trust of both myself and Don Deimne through his devotion and loyalty. So I am pleased to announce that when he is ready, brandon_heat is granted the privilege in taking on a Lieutenant who will serve a similar role to him as he does to Deimne.

I want this to be a notice to all the Captains in New York, that if you work hard, there is no limit to what you can accomplish and be rewarded with.

Congratulations Brandon Heat on the new position.

This is a proud day for all of us here in New York. Since Godfather ThomasRourke began to build his empire here in the jungle, he has never felt constrained by the thoughts of others, a quality that has been the true mark of his leadership of this great city. This next step, the introduction of captains, provides us with the next step in the progression of our city. An extra step in the chain of command which allows for the gifted potential our city holds to develop and flurish.

Since he first stepped up as my captain, brandon_heat has been nothing but outstanding. We work closely on a daily basis, with each day he further showing the leadership, loyalty and ambition that has been the constant of his time as a leader.

The man is an integral part of our business operations here in New York. He is someone who has proven that he has the ability to help guide and lead others, even those beyond his own headquarter walls. I look forward to the future work both he and his new lieutenant will do to help further build up our proud city.

Be proud brandon_heat, you have without question earned this opportunity and this honour.

First of all i would like to say a big thank you to Godfather ThomasRourke and Don Deimne for this great privilege in this momentous occasion.

Secondly, i would just like to say how humbled I am that you both trust me in this new position, and i hope to show you that it is not misplaced. I hope to continue to perform my duties to the highest standards, and will not let either of you down, i am filled with both pride and joy that you both trust me with such a big responsibility.

I will be revealing my choice of lieutenant later today, after both they and I have finished with our preparations.

Congratulations to Brandon_Heat. Since entering his crew, a short while ago, I have found nothing but more and more respect for him every day.
