While making your way down the street on one of your frequent 'business trips', you notice a few men hurrily putting together a small podium. A few minutes later, you notice Brandon Heat, the leader of the Millennion division of the Flying Monkeys, in deep discussion with his right hand man and a few trusted members. Curiosity overcomes you, so you step back into the shade and wait to observe what is about to be said.

As the minutes slowly slip by, you notice a large group of bodyguards make their way out of Brandon's Headquarters and start mingling with the crowd. All the while keeping one eye on their boss and one eye on the crowd. A few seconds later Brandon stands up and makes his way over to the podium.

Greetings all,

I have come to you today with some very exciting news. As most of you are aware, I work proudly and diligently as a Captain to Don Deimne, for our Godfather ThomasRourke. Today, for the first time, I have been given the honor to promote one of my own to be a Lieutenant working for myself. This man will serve as a captain to a captain, a captains captain, for want of a better word.. a Lieutenant.

Brandon waits for the whispers to pass as the crowd react to the news just handed to them.

Yes, today i will be authing a Lieutenant to work under myself. A man to assist me in my work, to help Don Deimne in his business activities and to assist in Godfather ThomasRourke in his vision for our great city!

Now, I know some of you will be wondering who will fill this position? I've thought long and hard about this. The member I have chosen is someone that has worked hard for my family, shown loyalty beyond question, has always gone above and beyond the highest expectations put on him and has shown me he has the qualities to lead from the front. In my many conversations with Don Deimne, this mans name has always been at the top of the list, impressing me more than I ever could have hoped for.

This person, is none other then Sibilo.

Now, i know you are all very busy people, so I wont keep you much longer. But, i would like to thank Don Deimne and Godfather ThomasRourke for this privledge and to also congratulate Sibilo on becoming the first Lieutenant in the jungle.

Brandon surveys the crowd with his eyes, watching them murmur to each other about the news just delivered. He smiles to himself, turns and steps down from the podium to join the well wishers.

Congratulations Sibilo, I was just passing through when I heard the great news so just thought id drop by and congratulate you. You will make a great leader alongside all the others in New York. Well deserved Sibilo.

OOOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!

That's right, I was here to do something wasn't I?

Of course, I'm not referring the above names are school children, that would be absurd, especially in my first day in office, I am just making sure I had all the people around me that I needed before checking if I am awake.

I am extremely excited to take this opportunity and it is such a honour to just be part of the New York set up as it was when I first came around these parts and as it will continue to be.

I would like to thank all of the above names I mentioned, Godfather ThomasRourke, Don Deimne and last but not least my good friend Don Brandon_Heat for having the belief in me, the respect that they have given me by making this decision and the imagination to once again start another trend amongst our shores. I would be nowhere without those people and I will not let them down, not one bit. I will be coming out here again soon to put on a bit of an official show but even as time is limited, I think I owed them all a proper thank you at least.

As the man goes to walk off, he is seen to search his pockets desperately, looking around in the streets for something.

"Damn, has anyone seen my keys?"

A familiar face walks up to him and hands him a set out of his pocket.

"It's okay, I've got a spare Boss" says the man.

The desperate man's face changes to a recognisable lucky grin.

"Thanks a lot Cryptic."

And of course I would like to thank everybody else for their congratulations!

Congratulations on your promotion Sibilo! Now go out on your own and make the family proud.

Hearing the news in the streets, Gina stops by to congratulate the Lieutenant.
