I like the whole Godfather's can transfer people out of their families and into new ones (In the same city). However, I have a revised version of it. How about letting Godfather's transfer members out of other families in the city and into his/her or a captains family.

If the arguement is "Well some captains aren't apart of that godfather's family" (For example: New York) then we might be able to add in a "Authorization" button for the GF to transfer members within the city.

This would help when someone because of RL problems or IG problems needs to step down as CL, it would make it 100 times easier for the families to transfer rather then wait a week for someone to log on and accept an invite.
