Good Afternoon everyone.

Very many months ago you knew me as a Captain from Detroit. I ran a nice little family alongside many great leaders. I enjoyed being with them all. I loved every single one of them and treated them like my brother or sister I never had. They were my family and thats what kept me going. But then at one time one Captain was authed and I got on with him so well it was amazing.

This man was known as Cruel. Cruel was a great leader and he loved his job. After Cruel passed away his son came to me and I offered him a home. His son then died due to having to go away to deal with more important things. Exactly 1 month today his son came to me. Cruel's grandson to be procise. His bloodline was back in USA to carry on his fathers and grandfathers legacy. I took this man in like my own child. He has grew up just like his grandfather did and is now a great man. So I think it is time for _Cruel_ to take upon his Grandfathers steps and once again become a Captain.

From this day forward I annouce New Orleans's 4th Captain... _Cruel_. Congratulations _Cruel_. You have done as much as you can for me at my home and it is now time for you to take your own family.
