I noticed I sometimes am inraged by how dumb, or rude, the new gangsters can be.  But than I thought back to when I began this lifestyle and how dumb or unintentionaly rude I was, and the growth I've made. 

So I'm just trying to say to everyone else in my position, try giving the new up and comers a little slack.  However I'm not asking you to give them a mile, just an inch, and if from that they try taking a mile than let it rip.  Cuase it's those guy who shouldn't have the life style we've worked for and earned.

A community as this is certainly not transparent for new people, theres only one way for new people to see what conduct is expected/grants succes here. For the oldies to show by example

I feel like all the new players should be given some assistance in their beginning journey here on MafiaReturns.

Because, well, they're human being's too, and they should be respected, and they should also respect one another.

No offense but who are you to decide if someone deserves our lifestyle? We are all made into this world with the same goal and basic mindset. To be the top dog or one of the top dogs family while making some money and etc along the way. Simply because someone may come off rude, or brash, lacking in social skills etc. doesn't mean they ae less deserving of their place here.

Now I still really would like to know WHY everytime I speak it shows a clear white bx instead of what I am saying as I say it... It is like a guessing game wondering if I used proper spelling and grammer.

When I was a lowly gangster, a newcomer to this thing of ours.

I got treated as gangsters should be treated, with very little room for error. It made me a much better mafioso as now errors of the same manner do not happen again. Why go easy on them? It gives them the idea that things they do wrong are ok and acceptable, but alas I have always been one for the "Tough love" appraoch.

I disagree with you here JDSt0ner, gangsters aren't like teenagers, they don't do stupid things without thinking of it first, they don't disrespect the elders. They should not get away from the shit they do! Consiquenses are different depending in the case and level of "fuck-up". Gangsters are learning when to speak and when not to, they are learning how to show respect and how to respect.

Non-made gangsters are not in the family inner circle, that means they haven't proven themselves yet worthy of it. Made people know what the consequenses are and think before acting if a made or above act like such they are ready to take it... But I belive if anyone steps over the line, they shouldn't be given any slack (and I don't think they are given any slack even now).

Hey hey hey.. ok this is a mob world right? I may stand corrected but is it not the job of the higher ranks to make sure that the lower ranks people do their jobs? and if they are doing there jobs of working and respecting isnt it the job of the higher ranks to take care of those lower ranks? The only way we will get successful leaders is if the dumbass disrespectful "pawns" for a better word are killed off so they learn. Its the only way for their childen to learn. I have learned a lot from my father and my father's father etc etc etc. I wouldnt be the mobster today if my family didnt get those "lessons", if they were let off scot free then its not the same.

We as mobsters who started as a lowly gangsters should know how to address our elders and give the rightful respects the ranked mafioso should be given. We do not act cocky to the made up nor do we act foolish on the streets either, because however we conduct ourselves to others reflects on how we are being brought up by our family.

I have to say, I think that these guys, the ones that I outrank, should just keep their mouths shut if they don't know what to say.  That doesn't mean that every time a new guy says something dumb he should be shot, but I think sometimes our higher ups are a little bit more tolerable than they should be. Besides, the mafia is all about respect, so why not weed out the disrespectful before they even become maid men? Just my two cents.
