Seagal, right now! Started by: PrinceSeagal on Sep 13, '09 11:41

Pulling his pistol out quickly he aimed at the bookie and demanded the cash. The shaking man handed the money over quickly making sure not to make eye contact. Seagal had kept his face hidden through an old pair of tights loosely slipped over his head so the man would be unable to make a clear identification of him.

"Any of you move and he gets it!!" Seagal yelled

Seagal knocked a few things down in the room and cursed loudly making sure to scare the man enough to hold him in place giving him time to get away before he could call for help. He slipped behind the counter pointing his gun at the man as he made his way out the backdoor in to the alleyway. He shoved the cash in his pockets and headed out to the street. Just as he had gotten a good distance from the store he heard sirens nearing behind him.

'Shit that was close' he thought to himself

He Progressed down the street as if nothing had happened, not a care in the world. That was until he bumped into....

Al usually stopped by the joint every week to collect Marietta's cut, she gets a cut of everything. He had parked out back and had just come in when he heard someone yell about not moving or someone gets it. Looking out to the lobby he could see a guy in someone's old tights robbing the place. As the guy starts trashing things Al goes out the back to wait. Pretty soon this guy comes around the corner and bumps right into Al leaning up against his coupe.

Hey pal, names Al. We need to talk a while.

Al takes out a cigarette.

Got a light?

Report Post Tip

"Al, the name rings a bell."

Seagal stops infront of the man and dips into his pocket for a light.

"why sure I have a light somewhere , let me get that for you"

Pulling out a box of matches he tosses them to Al, as he did this a wad of cash fell from his pockets and scattered on the floor, his face went bright red as he smiled at Al picking up the cash a sliding it back into his pocket, Al was eyeing him up as he did this which made Seagal a little nervous.

"So what can I do for you today Al?"

Report Post Tip

Al eyeballed the kid. Rings a bell? Why the hell was Al ringing a bell for this guy. He barely noticed the cash as he pondered this turn of events. He lit up and tossed the match.

Well, couple things. First off I like to know the names of people who take Detroit's cut, so maybe you can tell me yours. Second and much more important, why would Al ring a bell for you?

Al leans back and blows a couple smoke rings.

Report Post Tip

Seagal lets out a small cough before speaking, his throat had tightened a little, maybe this little job wasn't going to plan and maybe he would not be walking away so gracefully afterall.

"The names 'Seagal' sir, Taking Detroits cut?? I would never."

Seagals face continues to go a brighter shade as he stands there infront of Al, he was only a kid and this Al towered over him and looked rather angered by him.

"I have heard of a Big Al before and would hate to of offended."

Report Post Tip

Al laughs at the kid.

Well Seegal, I have a Big Al, but it's a .38 longslide. People just call me Al, or Mr. Anastasia. I got friends, how about you huh? You got a friend, you a connected guy or what? I figure you must know someone to be taking cuts.

Al takes a deep drag and puts a more serious look on his face.

Report Post Tip

"Friends, yes. Connected, not really?"

Seagal sighs as he notices the serious look on Al's face, he shudders then speaks once more.

"Taking cuts? I am just a lowly Mombster trying to put food on the table, I wasn't aware this was someones territory"

Report Post Tip

Al nods. And drops the cigarette.

Yeah well, consider the whole area someone's territory. You can never know when someone might come along and want their cut you know? Now it's good you have friends, or at least A friend. But usually they keep an eye out for you. So tell you what kid, give me the take and we can just forget about this whole thing.

Al's eye's narrow as he looks over at Seagal hesitating.

I'm looking around kid, I don't see any friend of yours. You might just want to consider complying a little faster.

Report Post Tip

Tano had been around the corner watching this all unfold. He sees Seagal starting to look worried so he decides to step in. He walks from around the corner....

Hello Big Al! I see you met my associate. He's a good man my friend. Now Al you know as well as I do all this is neutral territory. Just trying to get a little easy money from the kid?

Al and Tano both laugh as Seagal stands relieved to see Tano...Let's go grab a beer Al...Great job kid, never rat out your family!

Report Post Tip

Al laughs when he sees Tano Baldo.

Neutral eh Tano? Sure it's all neutral unless someone says it isn't. Ha, hell the last time I saw you we were sitting in jail after I tried to bust you out. But, a friend of yours is always ok by me. Hell, I knew if he really had a friend, they had to be close.

Al looks at Seagal standing there.

Keep the cash pal. And here is some free advice. Next time, buy new tights kid. Hell, Rourke could have been wearing those for all you know.

Report Post Tip

Seagal lets out a sigh of relief and smiles at the sight of his friend and sponsor Tano, he nods along with what is being said, it was always awkward being the new kid on the block but things didn't seem to look so gloomy now Tano had arrived.

"You had me worried for a moment there Al, I thought I was in deep trouble , you shouldn't play games with me, I am fragile!"

Seagal laughs.
