Lana watches as her bodyguards set up the Dr Pepper crates that follow Starshines family like the plague. Santo stretches his hand to help her up then backs away as Lana nervously prepares to make her first announcement on the streets.

Excuse me...her voice lost in the muttering crowd. Being the patient woman that she is, she lifts her dress, unholsters her gun and shoots twice in the air. Lana looks on satisfied as the crowd simmers down while a pigeon falls dead at her feet. Humph...no matter.

Ladies and gentlemen! Today we are celebrating the union in marriage of Starshine and Aiden Connor. I would like to congratulate both of them! They are an inspiration of what two people who love and respect each other can accomplish. I am fortunate to work closely with both of them and I am proud to announce to you, Mr. and Mrs. Connor!

Lana turns and smiles happily as the beaming couple make their way to the front of the crates. The crowd applauds and cheers as they are given each a glass of champagne.

I have plenty of drinks for everyone, so please, take advantage of this celebration to congratulate the newlyweds.

My dear Starshine, what a glowing example of what dedication, hard work and love can bring a person, a family and a city.  And Aiden, men are often judged by the company they keep.  You sir have chosen well in taking Starshine as your bride.
