4pm, Elegance hotel.

Sitting in my office I hear a knock at the door. "Come in". As the door opens my guests had arrived right on time, Bernie Rosenstein and his associate here to possibly become my new buyers in NY seeing as though my last buyer Burke had an unfortunate accident.

I stand up and shake both men's hands "Have a seat gentlemen".

Upon sitting Bernie was quiet but his associate pissed me off right off the bat by saying "So I hear you got rid of Burke!... he was a cocksucker".

I look at Bernie then back to his associate "I don't know what your talking about!...I lost contact with him, I didn't kill him!".

"Yea you did, h-". Before he finishes his sentence Bernie kicks him in the leg shutting the guy up immediately.

"Tell me Bernie who is this guy?". He replies just an associate.

"What if I said I don't want to do business as long as this man is in my office, due to the fact he shoots his fucking mouth off before thinking?".

He replies "Id say he's fucking up a business opportunity and you do what you have to do seeing its your hotel."

Standing up I grab the man as one of my guards grab him as well. We open the door to the office and toss him out as I look to one of my workers in the corridor and tell him to get him out of my hotel. I then walk back to my desk and sit down.

"Sorry about that Mr. Rosenstein but I can't tolerate ignorance like that, there are things you just don't speak of."

He replies "I understand, so lets make a deal... you want me to buy from your boss Anton correct?".

"Yes Mr. Rosenstein my contacts tell me your a reliable buyer and I need a buyer in NY seeing as Burke had an accident and can longer buy from us."

"Ok KL, however I request a cheaper rate then burke got... say 30%

"I can do 10

Rosenstein counters "25".

"20 final offer, that's as low as I can go."

"Deal!". Rosenstein replies, we set up the first deal in a week before he leaves my office. Scratch then comes in the office a few minutes later and says "you gave him a 20n% discount?".

"No he's buying for the same price". Scratch looks at me confused.

"See Scratch what happened was when I named my price before our meeting I marked up the price 20%. I haggled a bit before getting him down right to the same price Burke paid. Now no one losses money, everyone's happy and Bernie thinks he got a deal. Now I have to make a call and tell Anton he has a new buyer in NY".
