Picking up Tizla and Steampunk in front the HQ in Vegas they take a short drive to Sephs private jet, Hezare also decided to come along for the ride. As everyone climbed in they made some small talk, some money earning ideas and the rise and fall of drug prices around the world. After reaching the jet they all got out and climbed into the Jet, another couple familiar faces were hanging out in the jet when they arrived.

Hey Ladies! How long have you guys been waiting?

King and Freddy sprung out there seats, before king spoke up starting with a yawn…

To be honest Seph, we decide to crash here after the run you have us take care of last night, so much for a smidge of cocaine!!! But yeah we are rested up and ready for work!

Everyone shook hands and said there hello’s, before sitting around a small table. Seph gave the pilot the go ahead to take flight before he started to speak…

Well im glad everyone could make it, the reason I have asked you all here today is to speak further on LA, more about Hollywood to be more direct. Now everyone who heard my speech just a couple days ago knows I promised the world some new faces there soon. And we will deliver.

As a smirk struck Sephs face he reached into his pocket and pulled out two sets of keys, he slid one over to Tizla and one over to Steampunk…

Everyone then looked towards them as the contagious smiles starting to go around the table…

Tizla my brother, my friend, you have been solid for me. During your time with me in Vegas I can’t say you have been nothing short of outstanding, and I know you will continue to shine in your very own HQ in Hollywood. You and with amazing right hand Steampunk I have no doubts will be exactly what Hollywood needs to get things back on track. As always you know I got your back brother, so if you should need anything feel free to contact any of us in The Strip and we will be there for you.

After going over some small details the jet finally landed in Hollywood, LA. As they stepped out of the jet there was a small gathering waiting to see who woud disperse. Everyone exited the jet and moved beside the walkway coming out of the plane, Tizla then came out of the plane twirling the keys around his finger to address the crowd…

As Tizla picked up the key Seph had slid him, he noticed the numbers engraved on it. For a while now, Tizla had been spending more and more time in Hollywood, specifically at a place known as White Base. Tizla had herd about it from one of the movie producers he had spoken with when Seph had sent him here to find a way to muscle in on all the dough the pictures industry was starting to make.

White Base was a huge Villa owned by this was new age spirit guy that had invented this thing he called Dianetics. Tizla had been flying back and forth between Vegas an LA as often as he could because the guy had promised Tizla, that with the teachings of Dianetics, anybody could become a master of the universe.

Tizla was a little puzzled as to how Seph had got the keys to place, but then remembered how he had mentioned to Seph about all the successful movie stars that were already using Dianetics and paying the spirit guy a fortune because of it. It didn't take long for Tizla to piece together what his mission was. Clenching the key tightly in his fist Tizla smiled and began to thank Seph

"Thank you Boss, both for this opportunity and for everything that you have taught me in this thing of ours. You have been an amazing leader, mentor and friend to me and I will do my absolute best to turn Hollywood into something that will make you and Las Vegas proud."

Stepping out of the plane, Tizla sees the small crowd gathered. The crowd was mostly filled with Civilians, but there were a few Mafiosi there too

"Hello, nice people of Hollywood. You may be wondering who I am, believe me it doesn't matter. What does matter is that private jet I flew in on. You know, you too can have a private jet. Heck, you can even be a master of the universe. But, you have some problems within you that are holding you back. Problems so deep within you, you don't even know you have them. But! I would like to help you rid yourself of those problems, so that you may become who you are destined to be. To any of you are that are interested in finding out more, please stop by the White Base up in the Hills, so we can book you in for a free week long holiday in our luxury Villa.

For those of you in the crowd that are, uh...in the business... you may be here because those friends of ours in Vegas said they were going to, erm..... put something new in a suit... i can assure that has been done."

While Dead_End was waiting to pay her tab at a local business. She asked one of her guest to grab the newspaper left in the booth next to theirs.  She quickly flips thru the paper.  Placing the paper in front of Joe, she looks around.  Seconds later, she focuses her attention on Joe. With raised eyebrows, Joe points to an article and asks, "I thought new blood was going to be afforded opportunities?"

That is correct, and Tizla will be the first of his bloodline to lead a family.

Altair stayed back in the Strip. He prowled the roof tops of Sephs casino, making sure there were no shady characters walking in and out. Sure you couldnt tell of everyone, but the ones that stood out like a sore thumb were very easily spotted and dealt with. He sees a familiar face walking with Seph on his way to LA. 

"Congratulations my friend, you have earned this. May LA flourish under your leadership"

TheReporter toasts this, the newest LA auth.

Congratulations Tizla I truly hope you do not share the same fate as the most previous auth into LA. I'm sure you will hold the title with honor, and virtue.

Drinks his champagne with confidence.

Dead_End pays the tab. She looks back to hear a quivering voice.  Dead_End wishes she could be honored that a man would respond to her before he salutes the topic at hand.

Diavolo walks out onto the street and sees many of his friends gathered for this most joyous of occasions, he sees Tizla within the crowd and makes his way to him. 

"Hey man! It's great to see you moving up in this thing of ours, and getting a family of your own! Sad to see you leave Vegas, but I know you'll just be a short ways away. Keep in touch my dear friend and best of luck to you! Now enjoy your evening!"

Diavolo says as he hands him a briefcase of money for congratulations.

The bat phone is ringing and Alfred wanders over and picks it up and hands it straight over to TheBatMan with a big smile on his face

That look can only mean one thing Alfred! The Bat Jacuzzi has finally arrived. 

Alfred shakes his head and hands TheBatman the phone.

Holy Bat Auths!! Tuzla has been what? To the Batmobile Robin.

TheBatMan looks over to see Robin passed out on fancy cocktails again. 

Guess I am going to have to bloody drive thing myself. 

​Racing through the streets TheBatMan jumps out at where the announcement was made and pushes his way to the front of the crowd BIFF, SPLAT, KAPOW get the hell out of my way people. 

Tizla, ever since I came back to this world of crime after a long break trying to go straight, your bloodline has bene nothing but helpful to me and you fully deserve this chance at your own family in LA. I now you will do a fantastic job and hats off to the powers of LV for recognising this great man. I am sure you will grow into a great addition to the history of LA and secure the partnership between the great cities of LA and LV. The future is looking bright with this Auth. Huge congratulations. 

With that TheBatMan jumps back into the batmobile and speeds away into the distance

King walked over to Tizla shaking his hand and giving him a hug

"Congrats bro, i know you are gonna do great things in Hollywood, that i have no doubt if you ever need anything you know ill always have your back"

with that king hands Tizla a glass of whiskey and downs a shot himself 

Congratulations on your new district. I hope that you are able to build it into something lasting and memorable. I wish you the best in Los Angeles.

appelsap walks through the streets of Los Angeles he enjoys thet quit and peace of this town. but then he see the streets are getting full of people again. It seems like the mafia is back in Los Angeles after all this time. After walking towards a group of people standing there and congratuating Tizla on becoming the new leader of this city of dreams. So Appelsap walks over towards Tizla to do the same. 

"Congrats on getting your own city to rule, Let's hope you will be a fair and good leader. And I wish Los Angeles is going to be a big town again. So have fun and I hope we can work together in the future."

After this Appelsap offers Tizla a box of cigars, and after that he lights one of his own and walks away. He had a good feeling about this new crew leader, and he seems nice.

Karmen had just finished up some business in Hollywood for her Boss when she heard people conversing about a new leader there. She wandered over to hear the speech and the congratulations that were made before she spoke up, saying, "I don't know you personally, Tizla, but I have a feeling you will do great things in Hollywood. It's nice to see LA being inhabited again. Congratulations on getting your own crew and best wishes to you!"

Jack Sparrow is walking the streets of LA drinking his rum out of the bottle when he notices a crowd gathering in the centre of the street, so he wonders over sipping from the bottle on arrival Jack stops and joins the crowd. He tries to look over the crowd moving his head side to side till he can get a few, he then sees Seph talking to the crowd and listens. After Seph finished Jack Sparrow steps forward and begins to speak.

"Its great to see LA with a new auth in its city, I look forward to seeing LA grow and I know you will do a great job Tizla! and I wish you all the best for the future and look forward to seeing you grow in your new district and city."

​Jack Sparrow lifts his bottle of rum and salutes to Tizla then takes a sip of his drink before standing back into the crowd.

Sorry to see you leave Las Vegas but Im sure you are destined for great things in LA. I wish you the best of luck friend and hope you keep in touch.

"Congratulations Tizla. I'm very excited for L.V. L.A. and you and Diavolo. My father had a huge heart for that city, he would be proud to see it flourish."

Steampunk looked around the new HQ quite pleased with herself. While Tizla was out exploring LA and making his presence known, Steam was getting the new HQ in order. The sign was installed, furniture placed, paperwork put in order and Seph and Hezare's very generous gift of cases and cases of the very best bootleg libations had arrived earlier in the day. It arrived almost at the exact same time KingAlucard and FastFingersFreddy gift of fine cigars. Steam phoned Tizla earlier in the day and asked him to come by HQ that evening to see the progress that was made. What he didn't know was that it time for him to relax and celebrate his new position with his closest friends. Steam had planned a huge Friday night party, everyone from Las Vegas was invited and confirmed that they would be there. She also contacted Diavolo and invited him and his new crew over as sort of a dual celebration. Jazz singer, Ivie Anderson and her band were setting up next to the bar, everything was in place and the guests were on their way. As Steam glanced out the window she saw Tizla's car pull up in front of the building. He had perfect timing, Steam smiled as he entered the room.

Tizla! You've worked so hard these past few days, it's time to relax and celebrate your new position. Loosen your tie and let's have a drink and toast to the successful future of LA. Ivie, I see the guests pulling into the drive, let's get this party started.
