I know this isnt very well explained but its pretty self explaitory

I think that when on a MUC the mastermind should get a little bit more of a percentage than the person they invited e.g

Toni-Vercete..Mastermind...Made Man...55%

jamesybelfast...whatever...Made Man...45%

I think it should be like this because personaly the mastermind should always get a little extra

The mastermind has control over who they invite.

If they want to earn more, they invite lower ranks.

If they find they have to invite a don to ensure they get a success (or just due to logistics), they would obviously have to offer this high ranker a far higher share of the cut than they would a Goomba or an earner.

The mastermind has total control over how much they are willing to 'share' by controlling who they invite, so I don't see a need to mess with the % breakdowns personally.

In the long run the mastermind DOES get more then someone of the same rank, because there are no taxes taken out of the masterminds cut.
