Create a "vowel tax" where people with specific letters in their names will not be allowed to enter on certain days for penalty of death:

A - Restricted on Mondays

E - Restricted on Tuesdays

I - Restricted on Wednesdays

O - Restricted on Thursdays

U - Restricted on Fridays

Y - Restricted on Weekends

Allow free access to all those with a home city in Vegas at any time. Charge $100,000 per offense to the leaders whose members violate this tax.

i have a rather simple idea

how about you make the city active and exiting place lighting everywhere picture it now every kind of shop competitions every week.

pp friendly ALSO make it a discussion central place where everyone from everywhere can come and discuss whatever springs to mind and example is in the business forum 'the sports shop' and a exaple of a post might be "walking into the shop i spotted a friedns of mine and asked him did you watch the match last night" just start dicussion

Vegas is in desprate need of a Bookie to cover all your major and mid major sports. Sin City needs more than just the casinos. People love the bookie and the bookie loves the people. 

I have an idea!

Everyone likes to argue, right?  I mean, a lot of people's discussions really just turn into petty bickering.  But a lot of the time you also have to be real cautious when voicing your opinion, and most of the time, the discussions don't really go anywhere, and everyone just gets angry.

I think it would be a great idea to have a debate club.  Maybe even debate teams.  A judge would listen to each side and give points for each valid point that is made, and really mediate the discussion.  It makes me think of a certain sports discussion that people sometimes watch for fun.  And you could even make it have no repurcussions--so there would really be a no-holds-barred kind of discussion (or not).  But, anyway, at least this way there could be a kind of winner.  A sort of closure to the discussion.

Speaking of closure, I won't be counting any further ideas (unless the ones thus far are rubbish then I might).

I will decide who has presented the most innovative idea over the next few days.
