to make everything controlable for ppl...like ppl can own the city airport and city's casinos and maybe diveide the cities into distcrits and turfs....to make it more interesting, give everyone a certain turf in a certain district in a certain city...everyone has to pay obve: each turf to the boss discrit and every boss district to the city don, makes it more interesting |

Its in the making. The administration has had it on the back burner though if I recall as its a HUGE project and they simply don't have the man power to do such a thing at the moment? |
