ThomasSpurgeonJr couldn't believe it, he was still in shock. The final words of THE meeting echoed in his head.

"I trust in you, don't mess this up!". Don SammyGato's eyes when he said that sent a shiver down Thomas spine.

Thomas remembered back to the time he had to run for his life when his father was gunned down in L.A. by people he called friends, how when he had to decide between going to L.A. or look somewhere else to begin his life in crime, he remembered his father's dying words: "Son, SammyGato is the man I should have followed. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't avenge me. Build yourself into a respected Mafioso under Sammy and the sky is the limit for you..."

He almost got emotional, he had to contain himself. Then his thoughts were all over.

"This is really happening... The loyalty and hard work for this family and this city paid much more than I could imagine... I need to find a new HQ... My father would be proud, this is an incredible opportunity... Sarah_Farron is going to be a very important help, if we're going to make this work... Did I forget something in my office?... We're going to need new suits..."

Sarah_Farron elbowed him. "Hey, daydreamer, wake up. They're waiting..." she pointed outside the car.

ThomasSpurgeonJr rearranged his tie for the 12th time, and got off the car. He cleared his throat and started talking.

"I'm not a man of eloquent words, I prefer to be direct, so let me just have a minute of your attention"

"To all the Mafiosi of the 6 cities, I look forward to honor this suit, and even if you don't like me at all, I will work tremendously to at least earn your respect."

"New York, you have my loyalty, and my life. Believe me, Sammy wouldn't pick anyone who didn't have this mindset."

"Sammy_Gato, you have given me an opportunity, showing what Credits did for you, you will also do to others. I'm incredibly in debt of everything you taught me, everything you've done for me."

"Sarah... Look forward to work with you. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. Let's get to work, we have a lot of stuff to do. Manhattan's waiting to see what we're going to offer. What La Casa Spurgeon is bringing to the business."

LM begins to cheer and clap. 

"So Proud of you Thomas. You make us all proud! I'm sure you'll do great!"

You're a man I previously did not know, however.. Don Gato had spoke to me a few times about the stars in his family, which included you. You showed prowess to prove you're capable and willing to take on the role at hand and I really do believe that you and Sarah will do Don Gato, and New York city well.

My father had the honor of working with your father over in LA. Even though both never made it out of there alive I still remember to this day the kind words he had to say about him. Hardworking, loyal, and most of all someone you want by your side when the going gets tough.
