Doll walks in to the small meeting room of the Arsonist Gang HQ. As she walks in, and takes her position at the front of the room, the room goes silent. She smiles softly before she begins.

"Today, my friends, is a good, yet emotional day. Today we say goodbye to a true  friend and Arsonist in Jaysanity. He has served as a trusted friend, someone who we could always look to count on we needed a hand. It's been awesome having him with us, but it is because he has been so great, I have decided to Auth him to start his own Crew in LA."

There are a few gasps in the crowd, followed by whispers, but Doll just smiles and continues.

"This will be the first time he has ever been Auth'd, so he will need the same support he has given us time and time again here, but he has earned both my respect and my trust and I know, without a doubt, that he can do great things in the city of LA. So, Thank you Jaysanity. Thank you and Good luck!"

Doll invited Liquid to ceremony at her HQ,that day they decided to set up Jay in LA

Tizla walks into HQ just as Steampunk hangs up the phone. He knows by the expression on her face that she is pleased.

Hello Don Tizla, that was Doll on the phone, she had some exciting news she asked me to relay to you. Jaysanity is over in Inglewood setting up with Fred-Flinstone and Syndicate. I've heard nothing but good things about Jay, he worked hard and was well respected in Las Vegas. It will be great to work with all of them and continue to work on the growth of the city to make it a successful and profitable venture for all of us.

john_gotti_ walks into the room and hears Steampunk delivering the good news about Jaysanity's arrival in LA.

That is great news! I heard he's a shrewd businessman, I'm sure he will be a great asset to our city.

Jack Sparrow smiles and tilts his pirate hat to Jaysanity then walks away in different direction.

I wish you the best my friend. I know you will do well, I have faith. You'll always be an Arsonist. Congratulations my friend on your new establishment. I'll be sure to visit when ever I'm in your great city.
