Tommy scurried about in a frantic manner searching for the new keys Don Visas had recently passed down to him. He had vowed to return the streets of Detroit to their glory and as construction and restoration was under way, Tommy had been working on a restoration project of his own. Don Visas had given him the keys which once belonged to his dear departed friend Technical and after dishing out a large sum of money for a local construction crew to work over night it seemed now was the time to unvail the shiny new headquarters he would be housing a new Detroit family in. Tommy continued to search through the rooms of Ristorante della Famiglia Tanzini until he stopped and felt around inside of his suitcoat pocket. "Aha! Visas would have killed me if I'd lost the keys after she entrusted me with them!" Tommy smiled slightly as he looked upon the keys. Still remembering the day Technical had used those very keys to open up his HQ in Black Bottom. The smile quickly turned to a grin as Tommy realized what he was looking at. These two large keys danging from a silver ring were his. This was the start of a new beginning for himself and the city of Detroit and he was as excited as he was nervous for the unvailing. As Tommy ventured out the doors of Ristorante della Famiglia Tanzini and down the block towards his new place he felt a touch of pride fill his heart. He had said many times that it was time to get back to business and this was a sure way to start Detroit back down the road towards positivity once more. After briskly walking, keys in hand a quick three minute dash. Tommy arrives at the walk way leading up to the renovated Headquarters that once housed the Intensity Trials. He stopped and looked upon it with wonder since it was the first time he had saw the changes and repairs in the light of day. Tommy looks over and notices eager faces in the crowd that has already gathered to see the place in its new glory before spotting Visas waving him down as she stands smiling near the entrance to the building. Tommy takes in a deep breath before making his way up the walk way and to the entrance, greeting Don Visas with a hug before turning to face the crowd as a TomTanzini statue casts a shadow over them from both sides of the entrance, used as pillars to hold up the awning. "It is my honor to open the doors to these renovated but new headquarters. This is not as much a dedication to a fallen leader who paved my way but to a new beginning for myself and the city of Detroit. I will be housing within these walls a new family, one who pledges loyalty to Don Visas, the acting Godmother of Detroit. This new family will be called Tanzini Crime Family. Many of you may recall this name, many of you may not. However, as I stand under the shadow of the late great, TomTanzini, I can think of no greater name to give a family who looks to bring great things to the city of Detroit. Tom and the Tanzini family have always and will always hold a special place within the hearts of myself and my descendants. I am pleased to carry on this name as was given my families right some time long since past". Tommy stops and looks up to the two statues which stand over him and wipes a tear from his eyes before continuing. "I look forward to working with Don Visas and her infamous backside as well as all of the leaders who work these streets. I thank you Don Visas for the opportunity to step into my former leaders place and I send my regards to he himself, may he rest in peace. To the city of Detroit, I look forward to repairing what needs repaired, building what needs built and moving Detroit forward and making it prosperous once again. Thank you." Tommy nods his head to Don Visas once more as she nods her head to him. He steps down from the entrance to the headquarters and goes to meet the gathered crowd. |

Firstly, I'd like to say congratulations on getting auth. Knowing Don Visas personally, I know that she must have great faith in you and I hope this is duly rewarded. However, taking the name of a dead man's crew, I'm not sure that rests so easy with me. Creating it in memory of, sure, but naming it after them I find to be a little bit bad taste. Especially if you're unable to do it justice for one reason or another (Not saying that you will). I understand the idea behind this, it's a great way to mark respect for someone but as I say adopting the name of this dead man, I do find to be a little bit in bad taste.
I wish you the best of luck and I sincerely hope you do the Tanzini name the justice it deserves if you continue with this name. |

Rusty, I appreciate your words and I understand where you're coming from. The Tanzini family was left with my ancestor by Tom before his passing, may he rest in peace. I would be disgusted by myself if in fact if my lineage hasn't been granted blessing to carry the name many years ago. I can assure you Tom instructed my family many moons ago to keep alive the Tanzini family and in taking a family today I knew he would be looking down on me in disappointment had I not kept my promise to him. Thank you Rusty and I'm glad you came to greet me today. |

Thanks for clearing that up, we wouldn't want any TOM, Dick or Harry using that name in vain. Good to see it back around in that case and again, I wish you all the best. |

Jack Sparrow is heading through Black Bottom after a small business meeting he had attended, he was on his way back to his home town before he noticed TommyAngelo also in the streets of Black Bottom. Jack Sparrow walked over as people started to gather around Tommy, Jack stood and waited while listening to Tommy after a while Tommy had finished. Jack Sparrow was excited by the news he had heard and pulled out his rum and took a swig of it before screwing the top back on and placing back in his jacket. "This is great news to hear for our city, I know you will do a great job in rebuilding Black Bottom TommyAngelo. I look forward to working with you and watching you build your district up, I wish you all the best of luck my friend." Jack Sparrow gives TommyAngelo a smile and takes a step back into the gathering people. |

Sorrow was running a tad late. She had shopping to do. Whatever would a girl need to be surrounded by people all gawking at another but nonetheless she needed to find a bottle of the best whiskey she could find. It had taken some time to find someone who had any left in their stash that they were willing to part with. Quickly she rushed up to Tommy. She only had one speed and that was rushing here and there. It took everything in her to slow down in front of him. "Congratulations! Here!" She shoved the covered bottle into his hands. "You can celebrate back at the HQ while painting the doors! There is so much to do. So much." Laughing to herself as she ran off again. She had a check list of things she needed to pick up at the hardware store and stuff for dinner later that night. It'd be a busy time she was sure and people needed to eat. Eating was good, she thought as she fled out of sight. |

SpikeS spoons succulent and savory gravy onto TommyAngelo just as a priest would do to him if he was at his baptism and it was holy water.
Congratulations, I know a certain RTL who would be quite bemused by this moment. |

Tommy takes the bottle from SorrowAngelo and chuckles as she scurried off. He then nods to SpikeS as he's covered with delicious gravy. "Thank you my friend, I hope the great RTL would look upon me in fondness. Also, I hope the gravy didn't ruin the booze!" Tommy cracks open the bottle and downs a drink before lifting up in the air. "Salute!" |
