Senza was sitting in her office doing some paperwork. It had been quite some busy weeks and the paperwork had stacked up. Earlier that day she had asked Illusive to come by her office at 7pm sharp. As she looked at the clock she noticed it was already 5pm. She had to have something to eat first so she decided to leave the big pile of paperwork where it was and went downtown to grab a bite.

After one and an half hour she came back in. In about thirty minutes Illusive would step into her office. Looking down at her desk she shakes her head. “I really got to do this more often” Senza mumbles to herself. Senza sits down and gets back to her paperwork.

 She looks up as she hears a knock on her door.
“come in Illusive” Senza says. Illusive walks in and  closes the door behind him.

“Please take place” Senza says as she gestures Illusives to sit in the chair in front of her desk. "I know you have the experience to lead, so I would like you to set up under me in South Side Chicago. What do you say? “Ofcourse I will!” Illusive answered without any doubt.
Senza hands his they keys to his own establishment.

"So what’s your crew gonna be named?"

"first of all miss Senza.. I want to thank you for all you have done for me... We will be going by the name Cidade de Deus.. 
A new breed ubder a fresh wing.. I will make sure we never forget where we came from.. Chicago for life.. we'll do our best to representthe class we came from".. Illusive lights a cigar and pulls out a bottle of champagne..." All for you my love.. all for you".. Illusive says before he pops the cork from the bottle.....He fills the empt whiskey glasses Senza nd he have been drinking from a few minutes ago.." cheers madam,  I've been looking forward to this"..

Senza you have been a star from day one i could not wish for a better person to look after south side as much as it annoys you to have me crying at the statue of Panntiesbedroppin. I am so happy it it you building up my old district

Illusive was minding his own business walking down the street in the South Side when suddenly Pyro pops up beside him out of nowhere. 

"Hey there. Heard about your new promotion. Wanted to send my congratulations."

​Pyro lights up a cigarette and tips his hat at Illusive. "Just know we still have your back if worse comes to worst." 

Pyro then shook Illusive's hand, turned and dissipated into the crowd of people just a swiftly as he had appeared. 

JagDaSelva had no idea whether it matched with champagne, but it seemed fitting to import some dutch treats for this occasion. After Jag handed the first "stroopkoeken", some sort of sirup waffles, to Senza and Illusive, he congratulated the latter on this big step up.

"Congratulations on this fine opportunity, Illusive. Leading a family, being an example for so many is no small challenge, but I know you are not worried about taking on that challenge and that you are motivated to show your worth to our society. I wish you, together with your right hand Gerardus, all the best in running your operations and I hope to see you add even more value to South Side."

Jag saw Senza enjoying the stroopkoek and he smiled, bringing back the memories of his and his father time under the wing of Senza in Chicago.

"Dear Senza, congratulations to you as well on this fine achievement of becoming Godmother of South Side. It's no small achievement. Sometimes we read columns in local papers of critics who say certain ranks in this thing of ours are achieved to easily, but yet what you achieved is still something only a select few will ever experience. You've really grown into your task and become better by the day, and perhaps more importantly, you created a family that's really fun to be a part of. A job well done and I'm happy to assist you on the work that is yet to be done."

Jag didn't had a glass, so he just rose an imaginary one and toasted with Illusive and Senza on their accomplishments.

Illusive nods towards JagDaSelva and raises his glass, " Thank you Jag, your words mean a lot to me, I will miss the fine fine crew we ll helped build to what it is now... something to be proud of. Your father and me started off on the wrong foot, I'm glad you and I took the effort to work things out. Really man, you're a great guy and I'll never forget the talks we had and the advise you gave me. Cheers  bro", Illusive raises his glass again before he downs the content... 

Congratulation Illusive on your new rank, I know you will do a great job running your own family in South side Chicago. Well done my friend I wish you all the best in the future and look forward to following your journey.

As always Appelsap was busy with running is drugs imperium, but at this moment he was in the middle of a getting himself a nice picasso. he had his eye on "girl infront of the mirror" but it was still in the museum. But just as he was planning to go into the museum Appelsap's assistant walked up to him.

"Boss I need to speak to you"

"NOT NOW, After this job you'll have my attention. but now i need to do this."

"But boss this is important!!!"

"What is it then?"

"You where suppost to be at the HQ because Illusive would be getting his own crew."

As appelsap heard that he gave someone else the leading roll in this robbery. So he could get on his way, and so he got in his car and orderd the driver to get there fast. But Appelsap knew he was going to be late, Again.  And now he needed to wait to get the painting. 

As Appelsap reached the HQ and looked around the place, it seems that most of the people were already gone. But somewhere Appelsap found JagDaSelva, Senza and Illusive eating stroopkoeken. So Appelsap walked up to Illusive and knew he was late. 

"hey there new "Boss" man, I see you've now have a your own crew to rule. Rule as a just man, and make me proud. "

Thinking of his own acts he must add something. 

"And don't let the people do strange things, like I might have done in the past. But I've got some nice aged Applejuice from my own collection. And i've been told that it would be a nice to drink with 'stroopkoeken'."

then he looks at Senza. 

"I'm sorry Ma'am, I knew this was going to happen but I was busy again. I'm very sorry but you know how it goes. But is see you have got a nice new position as GodMother now. And you also got that JagdaSelva as right hand man. So you problably didn't mis me."

Looking how Jag responded Appelsap picked out some other bottles of his Applejuice. He gave Jag and Senza one and then opend one for himselve. 

"Let's drink on the three of you, For getting the new positions you all gained. And I hope you don't mind that I'm a bit late with saying this."

As he was finished his assistant came running in, with the message that the heist failed and all the people got away safe. But the painting was still in the museum.

Senza, my father liked seeing you grow into the person you are today. He enjoyed seeing you shed your relative noobness and take the mantle of leader and finally district head. It's only appropriate that I, his son, see you attain the ultimate rank. Congratulations, you deserve it! 

Illusive, a great responsibility weighs down upon your shoulders. I hope you take full advantage of this chance and lead your family into greatness. Good luck!

Late to the party but always in style, Jargon sits outside Senza's office, waiting patiently for Illusive to step outside, as he did not want to hassle the new Crew Leader. 

Just as Jargon was about to leave, he hears the door open slowly. A foot with freshly polished black shoes steps out, followed by a second step, third and forth. Jargon gets up out of his seat, fixes his tie and slicks back his hair.

"Heard you got yourself a new crew, bud. Just want to congratulate you on your well deserved family. Hope to see you around the streets sometime."

Before Illusive can reply, Jargon quickly hands over an envolope (which contained a sum of cash) with the words "Cidade de Deus" written on the front in old english,

"Here, take this. Think about it as a token of appreciation and my respect for your hard work in this city."

Hold up a glass of champagne.
