I would assume, Chicago is acting in accordance with some sort of assumed or directly implied treaty with LA. In order to keep the peace weed out all malcontent's to the "war". Really if you think about it B_O they were loyal to THEIR leader NOT those others leaders who did not back theirs. So in a circle jerk way it is semi justified. BUT it is all assumption, so I am pretty sure I just made an ass out of U and Me :p

You are right indeed right Don Tallien! LA kicked azz from beginning to end, I must say.  And personally, I think this has been going on longer than we all may be aware of.  Chicago jump up one point with the whole package thing they did, but LA quickly scored and made Chicago forfeit their point.  So LA has been winning pretty much since.

Actually, "Capo" is not short for anything, Michelotto. It is its own word, translating loosely to "Captain" or "Boss".  "Caporegime" and "Capodecina" mean the same thing. One is used in Italy, the other in America.
