Rourke sits in a coffeeshop and listens intently to a speech given by TM about the protection of a fallen leader's members. He writes down a quick note about which members are protected and disseminates a list to the members of his small band of merry men and women known fondly as "The Riot!"

As Rourke scribbles away, he notices a small man approach the conversation and address Watson directly. It served as a status symbol in the community and could be used as a weapon in case of difficulty.
