Was chatting about this today and have a few ides.  Not sure if it's been discussed before, but I think these 'players' could be an opportunty for a fun addition to the game.

I get it that they have broken game rules, and could possibly have been created to give one district or city additional targets, so Admin clears them out before they turn 7 days to avoid unfair advantage, but why not make them a whole other type of target?

The tag RAT was mentioned in chat by someone else, but I think it could be a fun addition, for example:

Admin posts in chat that a RAT has been found and is on the run.  This UE player automatically gets bumped up in rank and starts jumping from city to city every X minutes.  They post a partial name and its up to active players to find him. 

Depending on the assigned rank of the RAT, your chances of wack back or getting shot at increases, but any player can go after them.  

This would take out the possibility that someone created a fake player to be shot in their district later on and bring a whole different type of target (IAs being local, Rogue being open from any area).

I'm probably overlooking something, but it seems like a waste to have Admin clear out players who have cheated.  In the mafia, people who break the rules are hated by everyone and dealt with the best way we know how.

Yeah, makes sense that you wouldn't want to encourage anyone to creat UE accounts even if they didn't gain a personal advantage from it.  Some people would flood the site with UE accounts which would throw off the balance you have created for IA targets.  Guess I just find it odd that people would waste their time creating false accounts, but they must be out there....
