Vito_T drops his cigarette and grinds it into the pavement with his wingtip.  He peeks around the dumpster for a crate and carries it through the alley and onto the sidewalk.  He hops up, removes his hat and begins to speak:

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm sure you all know that because of events beyond our sphere of influence, Beowulf has decided to step down."  He holds his hat to his heart as the crowd groans.  "I know friends, I know.  This has saddened us as well.  But if we've learned anything, it's that every night has its dawn."

"My good friend Paul_Vidi, Beowulf's former right hand has, with the blessings of ScipitaRourke taken to the head of the family.  He is committed to the the founding principals of The Pack and I am confident that we will continue to flourish peacefully under his leadership."

"So congratulate your friend and mine Paul_Vidi on his new promotion, wish Beowulf luck on his future ventures, and come to Philadelphia to spend a little money in our shops."

Vito_T steps off his crate, lights up a cigarette, and walks into Vidi's Suits.

Glad to hear there is a new don and a new start in Philly. I wish Beowulf well in his future endavours and I know that Paul_Vidi will do a superb job leading his family.
