FatBastard, it looks like you might be in a bind. Unless it's real estate, it's not like you can just put it on the market and see how it goes. You should've done some research before you started to buy assets for a company without knowing the full details about it.
As for research, just pick up some of those friendly fellows you see at Home Depot and see what they can do for you. |
