Sorry I couldn't get here quicker.. but Fantastic Idea ScipitaRourke. Philly is a great city and always needs great people to run it who have great ideas and I will safley say that this is one of the best Pickpocketing rules that I have heard for a long time. Nicely thought up Scipita.

If anyone from New Orleans breaks this rule please do let me know personally so I am aware that they have broken your rule. I would gladly like to know.

i also feel this is a really good addition to philly and altho i hope my crew will adhere to this rule i would appreciate if you would please inform me if they break this rule.

Firstly, I think this a great idea Godmother, and the exact action that needs to be taken to enforce proper levels of authority over actions such as Pickpocketing.

Secondly, I apologise for the outburst of Rapture and the ignorance of the comment, this rule will definetely make Philadelphia a better place.

It's good to see a system being used where ranks actualy count for something rather than who your mates are in the coffee shops.

This is an excellent move and it's good to see more emphasis being placed on rank and status, rather than blanket application of "rules".
